Great location
The room was dump and clammy, the floor, counter tops and even the walls were wet/moist. The A/C had to be run on low uncomfortably low temp to get the room dryer. The breakfast room was very small compared to the amount of guests, the breakfast was modest and mostly run out by 8am.

Location and walking distance to local stores and restaurants
The property looked outdated my room ac wasn’t cooling and there was mold in the restroom holes in the ceiling near ventilation fan
And finding lizards under the bed sheets and in the restroom
Location was 6 min walk to the gulf side. The website said it was much closer to the water - however it was to the bay side and hard to get to.

I couldn't get breakfast as it was a LONG line and wait; so decided to forgo and get breakfast out. The pool area was dingy and the plaster was coming off the bottom of the pool. The room was musty and moldy smelling. The shower head was full of green mold. It didn't feel "safe" that we had to post our room # to be visible on our car!
