I would like a refund for the second night if possible.
Pros:

It had a bed the temperature of the space was nice.

Cons:

It wreaked of cigarette smoke. I only stayed the one night but was charged for two nights.

Mason City Weekend
Pros:

The hallways were bright & clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. The pool was a nice amenity & was clean. Breakfast was Ok.

Cons:

The bathroom could've been detail cleaned better, but was good enough. The bathroom sink had a constant drip. I think the breakfast service hours should be extended until 10:00 am at least on the weekends.

Room not clean! Found a dirty sock under the pull out seat. Plus a smiley face gummy!!! My 7 year old granddaughter found it under the pull out! I was so thankful she immediately told me. I put it in a cup and took it down to the front desk!

Lisa was very professional. Give her a raise.

Cons:

Our refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. The next morning I told the desk about it. He said he'd take care of it. When we returned that night nothing had been done. The towels were still on the floor in front of the refrigerator. I went down and talked with Lisa. She offered to change it out; but, I didn't want to spend an hour dealing with it. We had a very long drive the next day and wanted to go to bed. This was my first experience with SUPER 8 and my last.

The staff was great. I just couldn't stay in that hotel due to the cigarette smell all through the hotel and in the room. The front deak clerk was very kind and understandable. Housekeeping team needs a refresher on proper room cleaning and vacuum stairwells.

Pros:

I expectations were exceeded. It was clean, convenient, comfortable and team members were professional and extremely helpful. Fantastic rate for all the amenities, comfort and convenience.

I will definitely be staying there again.

The staff was very kind and welcoming! I really appreciated their excellent customer service. The room was spacious and decorated well.

The bed sheets did not appear to be clean. There was a small brown stain on the sheets and they were covered in hair.
