Cleanliness
9
Mostly described as clean in multiple reviews and 'Cleanliness was excellent', but one guest reported dirty bathroom floors and black residue on a tissue, so slightly reduced from perfect.
Service
9.5
Several mentions of very helpful, accommodating and friendly staff (evening desk attendant, accommodating clerk for room change, 'amazing staff'), though a few notes about a non-personable morning clerk and a desk employee who was hard to understand; overall service is a strong positive.
Location
9.4
Multiple comments praise proximity to restaurants and to needed destinations; location consistently noted as a plus.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms described as spacious and in a newer facility, and some found beds very comfortable, but there are notable negatives: at least one report of a very uncomfortable bed (poor sleep) and issues with bathroom floors and noisy air conditioning.
Amenities
9.2
Pool and 24-hour tea/coffee bar were praised and breakfast offerings are strong; minor negatives include lack of hot tub and limited drinking water access in places.
Value for Money
8.8
Generally positive experiences, but a few guests found the property pricey; value slightly reduced due to occasional room/bed quality or extra fees confusion at check-in.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Breakfast repeatedly described as good/very good/amazingly good across reviews; food and beverage offerings (including coffee/tea bar) are a clear strength.
Overall Experience
8.9
Most guests report enjoying their stay, recommending return visits, and praising staff and cleanliness; some issues (beds, minor service hiccups, AC/noise) temper the overall score slightly.

Expensive for a dirty hotel.
Pros:

The fact it had a gym and pool.

Cons:

The pull out couch was dirty and I asked for extra blankets to be provided and they weren’t.

Pros:

I loved the location. Its located on a main street, full of stores and restaurants. Walmart is directly behind the hotel so we walked to get food for our stay so that was very convenient, especially having little ones with us. We were there to visit Cedar Point and it was only maybe a 10 minute drive so that was nice too. All of the staff were very sweet and helpful. The man at the front desk made sure we were provided extra towels and blankets since we were a larger family.

Cons:

Only thing that sucked was the pool room and pool are very small. They did also have a fire alarm go off pretty late at night so that was rough with the small kids getting up and getting outside. The hotel staff did great making sure everyone was out though and the fire department responded fast so we did get to go right back in. Other than that it was a GREAT stay!

Nice
Pros:

Clean hotel all around. The staff were friendly. Great location, close to alot of restaurants, stores.

Cons:

One room air conditioner didn't seem to keep up even when it was turned down low. There was a lot of noise through the walls and doors. I feel like they could discount the second room.

Ok. But won't stay there again.
Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

Swimming pool was a kiddy pool. They should list it as only 4 ft and very small. I had asked in special instructions for a hide a bed. I paid for a family of 5 but only 2 queen size beds. When asked again they wanted me to pay another 25.00 for the bed usage. We ended up putting my grandson on the floor which he didnt care.
