Overall nice stay but I hoped for cleaner amenities .
Pros:

Very nice staff and well kept room

Cons:

The towels had stains on them and the shower water would nit turn on at first.

If we were staying in the room more I would’ve left! It was very disappointing. We were there to attend a family reunion

Location was great.

Cons:

Parking lot was shared with large busses so parking was problematic. Entryways reeked of marijuana, building is supposed to be smoke free! The hallways and air conditioner were extremely musky. In our room the shower didn’t work properly and toilet seat was broken.

Cons:

I didn't stay. The first 2 rooms smelled like vomit and musty mold. The next two rooms that were offered, smelled musty and dirty. The carpets were badly stained. We felt sick just going down the hallway from the bad smell. Requested my money back, and we searched for a different hotel. The hotel is very run down.

Decent value, good location, friendly staff, a little shaky on finishing details.

A little rough around the edges. About what I expected, as I have stayed here before. It's convenient for me.
Fitness room has inadequate ventilation so I skipped it.
Breakfast service hidden away upstairs, with almost nothing available to eat, so I took care of breakfast on my own.
Floor lamp had a strobe bulb in it. A wall lamp quit mid-stay. When I examined it, there was clearly a poor and possibly dangerous wiring connection within the wall mount. I reported these items at the end of my 3-day stay because I didn’t have time to deal with it and didn’t want to move. This should have been checked by staff as part of make-ready.

I did not stay for the breakfast ,I had to check out early due to the cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

Female hair in the tub, major dust on the head boards, female hair intertwined in the comforter , an acid or substance stained the Plexi glass badly degraded paint in living room, peeling and bubbling paint in the bathroom. I have photos as proof.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The staff was very nice. It was a convenient location. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows, and the water pressure was fantastic. It was quiet and overall a very pleasant stay. The price was great.

Cons:

The hallway floors look like they are coming apart and it has a really weird smell. Not only the hallway but the room as well. Not a pleasant smell at all but not overpowering . You especially smell it when you first walk in the hallway and room. Kind of like something really old and molding. In the room, when I walked barefoot, black stuff got all over the bottom of my feet. Which tells me the carpet is not properly cleaned.
