Poor customer service
Pros:

Today, I approach the woman in the office and requested that she provide me with a remote for my TV because the one I have currently doesn't work. She told me sorry but I'd have to wait until tomorrow after I paid practically $500 to stay in this room. Given the amount of money I spent, you would think I would receive better customer service.\n Victory.

Cons:

Customer service seems to be a problem in this facility today.I approach the woman in the office and requested that she would provide me with a different remote for my TV.Cause the current one doesn't work or in the alternative move me to a room where the TV works She told me it's near the weekend and that other customers were coming, and she didn't want to inconvenience them. Here I'm here now. And she can't assist me said I about I'd have to wait till tomorrow. I told her I wanted to watch TV tonight for gods sake. All I got was sorry from her. Well. I'm sorry I came here now

Do not stay there
Pros:

The property is old I found a roach Dead one the linen had cigarette burns all over it pillowcases sheets bedspread some of the furniture too the TV had to be programmed every time you turned it on wouldn't turn channels like it was supposed to in between the bedroom and going to the sink the piece of wood across it they had a Trump missing and all they use was take the cover the ceiling looked like they had a leak through there it had cracks and a patch put on and they come a partner hang in there for them to do that that means they didn't take care of it right when the water came through that means that properly mold behind it

Not worth the price and safety
Pros:

It was next to the venue we had to attend.

Cons:

We check in get the room , no bed sheets, trash everywhere, my husband had to go tell front desk to move us, the next room on the 2nd floor was ok. But then all the people and activity going around outside was horrible. You could tell people with low income live there, and ALOT OF DRUG ACTIVITIES. I wanted to cancel and go pay 3x the price at a different hotel just for peace and safety for my family. But they said I couldn't cancel. Never again.

We ended up leaving after seeing roaches.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

I would never recommend this location. It had cockroaches visible in the bathroom. The floor was "fixed" with duct tape. The front door had damage on the outside.

To start, i have never given a bad review but i have to be honest about my booking. The staff asked my for $40 cash deposit, even though this was no where on their website. They said it was a new policy that just started that day, would not let me leave a credit card deposit, only cash. Booking.com called them and they said they would refund the full stay because I no longer felt comfortable there but they still charged me the first night even though I didn't stay. Also there were people doing drugs in the parking lot, hanging out and cat calling me. Do not stay here.
