Pros:

Location was great, convenient to outlet mall, Biltmore, etc.

Cons:

The TV worked, didn't work, worked, etc. No hairdryer, requested additional pillows were told "we don't have any". Had to request clean towels and our room was never cleaned the entire stay.

If you can survive the GTA 5 lobby at the front desk and parking lots, this is not that bad.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The parking lot was like a horror movie. There were all kinds of individuals in the parking lot, I didn’t feel safe at all leaving my car in the parking lot with anything in it. I was being watched when I arrived, in a poorly lit parking lot. I parked up half a mile from the hotel to feel like my vehicle wouldn’t be broken into. There was visible prostitution being offered, drug deals happening, dogs all over the hotel, staff had undressed babies in their arms while “checking me in”, and the gentlemen who was working alongside her was extremely rude. I didn’t even dare to see what was on offer in the morning. During a power outage, the only “leadership” was a young girl being berated by a “manager” who was ordering over the phone. My friend and I felt endangered, unsafe, and questioned staying in the car at the local Walmart over this experience. The morning staff were equally as rude when I asked about compensation for not being able to check in until 2am. Once we got to our room, the noise all night was enough to keep a hypersomniac awake - barking from the hotel, car horns, people shouting in the lobby - ALL NIGHT LONG. Other than that it was great.

Good location, very bad experience!
Pros:

The location was very convenient.

Cons:

I got there to check in and they said they needed another extra $100 deposit on top of the cost of the room, after I had paid they then said the water has been going off and on after paying and said they couldn’t do a refund so the water would get cold really fast or just stop in the middle of showering. I had called to get an extra towel and was told I’d have to bring the dirty ones and exchange them for new ones. And the tv we had to call the front desk each time we turned the tv on because the remote only turned it up and down

Buyer beware.
Pros:

The manager made things right giving me a refund.

Cons:

Almost every piece of bedding had a stain in it, even the “fresh” linens I requested. First thing I see coming in the building with my bags is a roach. There was a group of people sitting in lawn chairs listening to music loitering in the back parking lot by the woods/shipping containers in the rear parking around patrons’ cars.

My stay wasn’t a good one overall, but I did appreciate the cheap rate and excellent location.
Pros:

This place is located in a prime area that was suitable for my daily needs, and I liked the staff’s sense of humor.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were a few things this hotel fell short on. There’s an unpleasant smell lingering throughout the stairwell and hallway leading to my room. My room was stuffy b/c the AC wasn’t working and my sliding shower door couldn’t stay close.
