Good location, very bad experience!
Pros:

The location was very convenient.

Cons:

I got there to check in and they said they needed another extra $100 deposit on top of the cost of the room, after I had paid they then said the water has been going off and on after paying and said they couldn’t do a refund so the water would get cold really fast or just stop in the middle of showering. I had called to get an extra towel and was told I’d have to bring the dirty ones and exchange them for new ones. And the tv we had to call the front desk each time we turned the tv on because the remote only turned it up and down

Buyer beware.
Pros:

The manager made things right giving me a refund.

Cons:

Almost every piece of bedding had a stain in it, even the “fresh” linens I requested. First thing I see coming in the building with my bags is a roach. There was a group of people sitting in lawn chairs listening to music loitering in the back parking lot by the woods/shipping containers in the rear parking around patrons’ cars.

My stay wasn’t a good one overall, but I did appreciate the cheap rate and excellent location.
Pros:

This place is located in a prime area that was suitable for my daily needs, and I liked the staff’s sense of humor.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were a few things this hotel fell short on. There’s an unpleasant smell lingering throughout the stairwell and hallway leading to my room. My room was stuffy b/c the AC wasn’t working and my sliding shower door couldn’t stay close.
