Buyer beware.
Pros:

The manager made things right giving me a refund.

Cons:

Almost every piece of bedding had a stain in it, even the “fresh” linens I requested. First thing I see coming in the building with my bags is a roach. There was a group of people sitting in lawn chairs listening to music loitering in the back parking lot by the woods/shipping containers in the rear parking around patrons’ cars.

My stay wasn’t a good one overall, but I did appreciate the cheap rate and excellent location.
Pros:

This place is located in a prime area that was suitable for my daily needs, and I liked the staff’s sense of humor.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were a few things this hotel fell short on. There’s an unpleasant smell lingering throughout the stairwell and hallway leading to my room. My room was stuffy b/c the AC wasn’t working and my sliding shower door couldn’t stay close.

Cons:

Every night the back parking lot was populated by drinking, smoking, partying, openly urinating Hispanics. I didn't feel safe and it was disgusting.

My room had roaches.

The cover blanket had large brown stains on it. I asked for it to he changed and it never got done. 5 nights there.
It just felt dirty. Never going back. Never recommending.
