The breakfast buffet was ok. The bathroom was very clean. The windows opened. The staff was pleasant.
In our room the carpet was lumpy and old, who knows what has been spilled on it over the years. I refused to go barefoot. Take out the carpet please! Replace it with flooring.
The room smelled funky. I'm sure it was the carpet. We immediately opened the window to get fresh air in the room which helped some.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We liked having a pool, and the drinks and ice station was very convenient. The vending machine with drinks and snacks was also a nice option to have available.
The chlorine smell around the pool was extremely strong, and the pool being located right by the entrance was not ideal. The bathroom was very small and tight, and the Kleenex holder was broken. The fridge in our room was also not working, although the staff kindly stored our food in their fridge. We could also hear the creaky floors and footsteps from the room above us. Breakfast was quite basic. The ready-to-toast waffles were okay, but pancakes would have been a nice option, and scrambled eggs would be preferable to the flat round eggs that were served.
Staff were kind and helpful, the hotel was easy to navigate around, and most importantly it was clean.
Breakfast can be improved a lot. No healthy items except for eggs sausages and apples. Everything else is sugary.
The bed was super comfy. We enjoyed the pool for a short bit in the evening which was an added bonus to the trip. We skipped out on breakfast sadly as there was no seating available and much of the food was in need to refilling (it was only 8am). Staff was friendly and helpful during check in and out.
Lack of options and seating at breakfast and the pool could have been just a touch warmer.
Close proximity to a wonderful Chinese restaurant next door.
Swimming pool was a bonus.
The hotel was busy and breakfast was chaotic. They don't have enough seating area for guests. People were standing around waiting on people finishing so they could get a table. It meant you couldn't sit snd enjoy a leisurely breakfast.
A larger area would benefit.
Also, when booking it said it was very close to Hinton. However, this refers to the old part of Hinton not the main drag where all the restaurants and bars are. You would have to drive a few kilometres to get something if you didn't like Chinese food.
Rooms are big and comfortable
The smell in the room was terrible, and the bedding seemed like it hadn’t been washed properly. The refrigerator wasn’t working, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from it, like spoiled food. The breakfast was poor, limited, and not tasty.

Πολύ μέτριο προς κακό πρωινο . Μικρός χώρος όπου κάθε μέρα περιμέναμε να αδειάσει τραπέζι , από φρούτα είχε μόνο μήλο , η ομελέτα ήταν κακή , δημητριακά είχε μόνο 2 είδη κ κανένα υγιεινό . Σε σχέση με τα χρήματα που πληρώναμε ήταν φτωχό κ κακής ποιότητας.
