Excellent stay. Will stay again next trip to Hinton

Friendly staff
Lobby and room was very clean
Pool open 10am-10pm
Located close to shopping and restaurants

Cons:

Coffee in rooms was very weak but Starbucks and Tim Hortons not far away.

when i called to get help from the front staff they did not understand the situation with person travelling with a baby and kept talking about policy. customer service and hospitality should be on top of the policies.

Nice facility, but fellow guests were not mindful of quiet hours.

Cons:

From 10 pm to 6 am, there was noise in the hallway, which sounded like people talking loudly and running or playing in the hallway. Our room was next to the front desk. Our friends were located 3 rooms from the front desk on the same floor and did not indicate any noise issues, so we think the noise was mostly in the front of the hotel, lobby, etc. The desk staff on duty did not seem to hear and the noise persisted off and on all night. We did not get out of bed to report the issue during the night, but reported this to the staff during checkout.
