Friendly staff and wonderful hassle free stay
Pros:

From the moment we walked into the lobby, the front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities like a strong Wi-Fi connection, a mini-fridge, and a microwave.

We left a day early and didn’t get a refund
Cons:

Rooms were musty smelling and dirty. Staff were not friendly. Poop towels were hand towels and had to be left at the pool. Front desk staff watched us wait at the desk while they smoked outside the from door. Beds were horribly uncomfortable

Disappointed for my kids
Pros:

The pool wasn’t available to use and we were told that it would be by the morning so we did stay in promise it would be but sadly it wasn’t my kids were pretty disappointed

Not worthy for what i paid for
Cons:

Lots of fruit flies all over the room and washroom, bath tub and toilet bowl clogged.

Staff are rude

No signs or advice that they cleaning the pool at 12nn and they let me and my 4years old wait in the lobby for 15mins before someone (frontdesk) informed me.
