Couldn’t find my two week prepaid reservation upon arrival. I was told they didn’t have the same room available so I was put in the next best for which I was charged extra. As customary they needed my credit card for incidentals.
Upon checking my bank statement the next day I found out I was charged $750.00 for which I never found out the reason- just a mistake. They agreed to credit my bank account which I would receive in 3 to 5 business days. The next day I was charged $1500 dollars. By this time I was livid. Same story just a mistake and in 3 to 5 business days I would receive credit. $2200 of my money tied up and could never speak to the owner. If you stay here do at your own risk.

Helpful staff

Very clean, desk attendant was helpful with a dinner suggestion. Comfortable room. There is a basic breakfast 6-9, pool, laundry. Snacks available to purchase.

We had a great stay for a quick nights rest! The rooms could be updated a bit but overall it was great!

A good bed. It was the bathroom with issues. Needed updated and repair. Deep cleaning would be helpful. Iron mark on the rug

The hotel or the wing we state seem new other than the showerhead. It was fine.
They had a very, very very strict pet policy. I have a service dog. We had to sign a bunch of documents and then had to leave a hold on my credit card, which was unexpected.
Not the friendly of check-in and just a wall of cameras so you kind of felt like you were being watched everywhere you were.
Called ahead of time to ask about the pool, I wish you had told me there were 30 kids in it. The next morning I asked what time the pool open so I can go for swimming. They said 11. I asked for a late checkout around 12 and they said they would charge me for it. It’s the first time I’ve been to a hotel when they want to charge you $20 for an extra hour When they’re not even full.
Breakfast was weak. They asked me to move my U-Haul and SUV that were in a side parking lot with no people in the morning and I said no. That’s because it wouldn’t let me a late check out and I’m not gonna move my truck for the carpet cleaners

Dehumidifiers for everywhere there was moisture in the room and they were noisy

The room was very relaximg beds were nice very clean and comfortable , house keeping kept room very nice and organized, walking up in the morning to a nice breakfast, coffee for adults Milk, or juice as well. generous, I would recommended anyone to stay at the Super 8 motel.

Good location

Better than average Super 8. Exterior attractive, much more so than usual, clean and tidy, desk clerks a notch above usual. Con side; pricey for this brand at over 100 per night, breakfast offerings very skimpy, nothing hot except the waffles, no protein offerings like even a hard boiled egg or sausages.

Easy to locate.

The hotel was just old and in need of updating. The tv was so small and the furniture is all nicked up and the carpet needed to be replaced . The room was smelly like old dust and mustiness.
