It served its purpose, clean, but needs a refresh.
Pros:

For the price, it served our purpose. It wasn’t awful, but it was nothing to write home about. I think it’s just because it’s old and hasn’t been upgraded in quite a while.

Cons:

It was clean, to a point, but some things you can’t just clean; they need to be replaced. Our view of the trash dumpster outside our window wasn’t great.

Safe, wholesome, great value hotel.
Pros:

Good value. Good night’s sleep. Nice staff. Free parking. Liked microwave and fridge in room!

Cons:

The breakfast is extremely limited. I can’t eat bread. So, the lack of non-wheat food items was an issue. Hard boiled eggs would be brilliant (suggestion) but almost all options were bread or wheat based. Many folks are carb conscious for diet reasons. So many people are probably a bit disappointed. However, If you like waffles, you’ll be pleased to know they have a waffle machine.

Cheap and clean
Pros:

Location was perfect for what I was needing. Room size and cleanliness was above expectations given age, location, and price.

Cons:

Very old property. None of the facilities are modern and some stuff is torn, worn, or partially broken.
However, they have done their best given the property condition.

Decent value for the price. The evening Front Desk Clerk was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Actually all the staff was quite friendly.
