I'd probably stay here again, and hope the wi-fi worked better next time
Pros:

AC worked well on a hot afternoon. Good lighting, for working at desk and for reading in bed. Hot water arrives promptly at shower; good flow from shower head. Bed comfortable: mattress sufficiently firm, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy.

Cons:

Wi-fi had problems: it tended to briefly lose access to the Internet and have to reconnect. The outages didn't last more than a minute, and I was able to get all my work done; but it was annoying, and longer outages would've been a serious problem.

The location it’s located near a plaza.

Cons:

The room smelled strongly like cigarettes, and when we informed the front desk, the only solution offered was a spray instead of another room or proper accommodation. The TV controller also had stains on it, and there were stains on the ceiling, which made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained. The only reason we stayed was because we were in town for a funeral and didn’t want the added stress of finding another place at the last minute.

convenient location, competitive price but some disappointments

convenient location, competitive rate, they answered the phone immediately when i called before leaving home, as soon as i went to check out the room i had been given the desk clerk knocked on the door and told me that my wife might benefit from their smaller unit designated for the disabled, which featured a more spacious bathroom, key card seemed to work more dependably than the ones you have to slide into a slot, water reached very hot temperature, housekeeper approached us outside and asked about which specific items we needed

noisy refrigerator kept waking us up, kind of crowded with chair between bed and dresser, hard to reach around to hangers on left of dresser, tv on left instead of in front of bed, squeaky bathroom door, no plug for bathtub, loose outlet plate at sink, very limited breakfast options, no juice, ashtrays on walkway encourage people to smoke outside non-smoking rooms, which they did, bed not made although we had been told someone would be taking care of this
