Unfortunately in that particular town the options were very slim .
It was just ok. Not horrible.
I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff are very sweet and accommodating. Every last one in my room is always clean.
Staff is very nice and welcoming
Detail to the room was not good. Need new cleaners cause the room needed a lot of attention.
Beds are very comfortable. Its always quite.
Check out times are to early.
The evening clerk was extremely good at her job. D
All good. D
Clean friendly staff. Great location.
Breakfast. It was nasty! Stale cereal, expired juice, waffle mix was old.
Room was clean
No AC in main building, no Elevator, loud noises throughout the night, doors were open, no security, no lights in parking area, the sign was not even lit up. People wandering everywhere, people sitting outside the front door as you walk in.
Breakfast was minimal.
Was in a good area
Was clean staff friendly
Very nice place. Staff was very friendly. It was extremely clean and I we even got a room upgrade at check-in. Safe location right next to loves truck stop. I travel frequently and sometimes it's a gamble but you can be confident that this is a good choice.
Breakfast was nice. Beds were okay and staff was nice
The building is outdated and not very clean.
Nice front desk ladies. Shower layout was nice.
Everything. The whole place was filthy, disgusting. Dried ramen on the stairs that obviously hasn’t been cleaned in several days. Not ADA compliant. When we got into the room, it absolutely REEKED of cigarette smoke. The floors were not carpet, and were obviously not cleaned. When I went to the bathroom, there were all kinds of pubes and mysterious substances on the toilet, obviously not cleaned. There were no tissues. The bathroom floor was filthy, along with the shower floor. There was dirt and hair all over in the shower. I took a shower, and went directly to the bed after. I looked down at my feet and the bottoms were BLACK. I went back to the shower and washed my feet AGAIN, and then used a towel to scoot across the floor so my feet wouldn’t have to touch the disgusting floor again. I looked at the towel and it was just filthy (picture included). I actually had to do this twice and the both towels looked exactly the same, as if the nastiness had been completely caked onto the ground. The air conditioner was leaking fluid, so everything over there was wet. Nearly all of the sheets/bedding/pillows were covered in stains. I felt absolutely disgusting during this stay. The stairs to the second floor were so filthy they looked like they just had a film of dirt on them. Whole place reeked of cigarettes and people just stood right outside the door to smoke, letting all the stink inside (which is illegal by the way). Next was the “free” breakfast. Everything was yet again, filthy. I didn’t trust a single thing in there. The biscuits were completely burnt anyway. The only thing I trusted was the Trix yogurt. I paid 169 dollars to stay in the shittiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Way overpriced for the shithole area I was in, and for the stay itself. I’m expecting a full refund for this stay. Absolutely abhorrent. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels in my 25 years of life, good, bad, and ugly, for all kinds of reasons, but this was a whole other level of nasty.
