it was great
I am requesting a refund. I have submitted photos of the room. This motel needs to be REMOVED from your website.
Their customers services was very poor it s want clean wen I want to check in
did not stay there because price increased at check-in and didn't want a bad experience
Booked online through Expedia, when I got there GM mrs Patel decided to finally look at the rate I paid (when I booked 2 weeks prior) just to flip out that I got a discount! She said how can I book a room for that rate?!? How are we going to get reimbursed!?!? First of all I’m a paying customer that booked through a legit website! If the rates were wrong why didn’t anyone call me 2 weeks ago? And why would you call & have an inappropriate phone call right in front of the customer? She was yelling how her rates were changed right in front of my whole family! She didn’t want to give me the room I had already paid for until Expedia called her and made her honor the price I paid! Horrible customer service, room was dirty, & the “continental breakfast” was a joke. Do not stay here! She was ready to have my family sleeping in the car & I had already paid!
The motel was in an area that made both my husband and I feel unsafe. It was dated, dilapidated, and some very seedy looking people were staying there. The room itself looked filthy and smelled of old cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room. WE DID NOT STAY THE NIGHT. We checked out around 10:30pm and went elsewhere. Never will we stay in a Kings Motel again. $88.00 thrown away.
Dirty room, bed sheets dirty, hookers around, never again
Price was good... And worth it. I like how the room was clean Apon entry.
My home burned down about three weeks ago and I've been staying at a Days Inn in Benbrook Texas but they were booked for the weekend and I had to find other accommodations. I contacted Expedia and they set me up at the Knights Inn in Forest Hill. I thought since both were Wyndham it would be decent. When I arrived I wasn't impressed, it was trashy, dingy and next to a porn shop. The parking lot was small and cramped. When I went to my room the door was dented and in poor condition. The furniture was torn and the bed was uncomfortable. It was supposed to be a King Bed but was a full size instead. I had been paying $77 per night at Days Inn which was high. But I was shocked when I was charged $100 per night at Knights Inn. I could have stayed at the extended stay hotel for less. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
The rooms smell horrible like they were having a cigar fest and used a whole can of lysol and it was still in the room.
We went to a wedding at Red’s Roadhouse. THIS was the closest hotel. All we wanted was a place to pass out after Uber brought our drunk selves back. Front desk was polite. It was very scary
Sheets were disgusting .... good thing I had my own
Booked with them only to find they didn’t have running water and had no sympathy that I didn’t have a place to stay.
The check-in was easy. The location is not all that good it's right next to the highway so you here traffic all night. And it gets much worse in the morning. I'm traveling alone so I would stay here again at a lower price. But someone with the family I wouldn't recommend.
the room was dirty, and smelled really bad. bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin
The hotel had an odor a bad odor. Blood stains on bed spread. No coffee in room. Had smoking room but no ashtrays. Wifi awful and cable awful. 2 queen beds and only 2 pillows. ...it was an awful stay
Bad area of town. The parking lot is small. The noise is loud. The room had a funny smell. Towels were old. Didn't like my stay. The lady on the front desk was nice and Professional.
The price is way too much for this caliber of hotel.
We had a funeral in the area and wanted to be close...Bed spread had holes in it ,,bed sheets were stained and the towels were stained also..never had this experence before.. so dissappointed, this was so bad..I wish we had some where else to go and stay so many family members in town some stayed and some did not..I will never stay here again or book a room online without reading the reviews first....sofa was dirty the only thing was like the pictures was the colors.. I would not recommend this place to anyone...sad
Bugs, roaches, loud neighbors late in the night. Non-smoking room wasn't smoke-free.
I got the last room, it was dirty, the screens on the window was damaged, the towels if you called them that were threadbare, and the room stank terribly.
I was told to park in the handicap spot because there was no parking left in their parking lot... only to wake up the next morning to find a ticket... along with another man who was told to park there also.
the management ignored our request, refused to accept that what we were told ... was fact.. and the cost of the ticket ... $520.
oh... and to add to that tried to call the Wyndham offices to file a complaint on the hotel, only to be told that this was a mistake on my part and I should know not to park in a handicap spot and no way I should be asking for them to resolve this.
I normally have had great times at Wyndham hotels... in fact I stayed at the Baymont Inn in Sea Brook, Texas for a week.. and it was fine.. but that will be the last time I stay at any Wyndham hotel no matter what they do until they decide to pay for their mistake.
Again, this aside, the room I stayed in was dirty, stinky, and if I was not so tired, I would have left.
