Price point.

Cons:

We had 3 rooms. All we're in need of repairs. Fitted sheet wouldn't stay in place in our room.Our bathroom door wouldn't close. Another room had a cracked tub that could cut your foot. Dead bolt between two of the rooms was bad.

A fantastic and enjoyable stay each and every time
Pros:

The front desk staff was fantastic. He was very helpful and made sure my stay was enjoyable. He answered all my questions and my room was great...quite location. I booked here twice in the past and I will keep booking here. The staff always go above and beyond to meet your expectations

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and nice.

Cons:

Broken bathroom light, broken, toilet paper dispenser, large crack in bottom of bathtub, hole in window screen, hole in ceiling, large crack in wall, flattened, and uncomfortable pillows, no room, phone, musty smell in parking lot, dirty carpet in room, thin walls – allowing a lot of noise from neighboring room, broken elevator, no breakfast as advertised, phone number listed in booking didn’t work. The hotel seemed like it was closing or had been closed and they were only a handful of guests.
