Great location, pet friendly, friendly staff. Unfortunately that's all I can say.
Pros:

The location right off the main highway was good, the front desk agent was great. Very friendly!

Cons:

The first thing noticed was the bad smell of mildew/mold due to the building be very humid. Investing in some sort of dehumidifier system would help greatly. The side door handle entering the hotel was broke so it wasn't lock secured, felt a little uneasy about that. Old towels with worn thru spots, very thin, flat fleece blanket, not very comfortable.

Didn't sleep well
Pros:

The water hot and water pressure was nice. The person checking us in was nice

Cons:

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I was charged more for my King bed then what I booked online.

Musty smell in our room
Pros:

Easy to find. Friendly people.
