NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN 😡
Pros:

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

It was filthy everywhere, sheets had holes in them & then to wake up to bedbugs @5:00am with my daughter screaming & scared ! I let front desk know the bedbug issues & asked for a refund which never happened! He said management would contact me & hasn’t ! I stripped all clothes off in parking lot & through away all my luggage in a dumpster!

Pros:

Location worked well for us, but prob won't stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast was bare bones minimum- no hot food (no meat or eggs,) no flavorings or real creamer for coffee.

This place had very mixed reviews
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and the price was right

Cons:

You can see the age in the place, needs paint and a good deep clean In the hallways and the room door didn't fit the opening very well,but the room was clean and the bed was comfy!

Tv kept going out couldn’t really watch tv the microwave didn’t work when I called the front desk they seemed to have a attitude but came to try to fix the situation but didn’t work didn’t even offer another room

Do Not Expect a Wyndham
Pros:

Price. Obviously we got what we paid for. rate was excellent for WVU graduation weekend, but the property, inside & out is in dire need of attention, CLEANING & updating.

Cons:

Old, tired property inside & out. My mom, who was also staying & arrived a day before, went out and bought cleaning supplied for our rooms!! So we actually left the rooms cleaner than when we arrived!

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER
Pros:

Staff were very creepy, I received countless messages from the time I checked in, and then when I check out they stopped. nothing wanted to work in my room. The breaker to my bedroom kicked, my tv wouldn't work. Manager made me feel uncomfortable multiple times, blamed the things in my room not working on me.

Pros:

Got what I was expecting for the price, but the entire property is very dated & tired......in need of whole refresh. The front desk gentlemen and his family (cleaning staff, I think?) were very very nice.

Cons:

Everything dirty, I cleaned my room & my family's room when I arrived. Broken/loose/torn window screens. Key security doors that did not latch or work to the outside parking lots. Minimal pillows in the rooms, 2/bed.....but nothing extra available at the front desk. Towels were old, not white & fluffy anymore. Breakfast was next to non-existant, small yogurts, apples, bananas. Make your own waffles was only hot option.

I would pay a little more the be in a better place.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was great for graduation.

Cons:

The hotel was not clean. The room was definitely not clean. Pillows had hairs on them and really couldn’t tell if they had been washed. I lifted the mattress cover and you could tell it wasn’t clean. The chair in the room was pretty gross. The arms of the chair were soiled and just looked gross. The floors were icky feeling.
