Good breakfast and a quiet location
Would have been nice to have a quieter air conditioner
Price, room was very nice. Easy to find
I would have liked to see a better pet area maybe with grass and fenced in area so she could be off the leash for a few minutes. We traveled by car. The breakfast could have been better, the biscuits were good but the sausage gravy didn't have much flavor. The food at the Bowling Green location was much better.
We stayed for an over-nighter. Upon checking in, we had to pay a $50 deposit, which we'd get back in a few days after checking out at the front desk. Just leaving, as it is common at other hotels would forfeit the deposit. However, the checking girl was very friendly. The hotel and room were older bur clean. The room was carpeted but sported a Keurig, mini-refrigerator and microwave oven. However a second nightstand for the other side of the king-size bed would have been nice. The mattress was very comfortable and the comforter soft. There were four small pillows (throw pillows?) that made me glad that we always travel with our own pillows. The bathroom fan and AC were very noisy but worked just fine. The towel were thin, rough, and gray/formerly white. The advertised hot breakfast was a joke. The very minimal selection of "hot" food was cold and unappealing. The rest of the breakfast offerings had more the vibe of "Continental Breakfast". Also, the hotel lobby and hallway had a pungent incense smell to it. One upside is, this hotel accepts pets, was bug free, and the staff was friendly. However, for a BW PLUS, and the charges per night, I expected more.

When we got there I checked out the room and bedding and there was a yellow stain on the sheet so I told the front desk lady and she came back to the room with me and said that the sheet was clean it was stained. She said she would get a new sheet to put on the bed after I said if there is a stain that can't be removed maybe its time to throw it out and buy new sheets. She came back to the room with a new sheet we stripped the sheet and put the new one on and she left the room and once I was ready to lay down there was a yellow stain on that sheet. At this point I was exhausted after driving 14 hours, I said its not worth saying anything because I figured that they need to throw out their stained sheets and get new ones. I look at it this way that presentation is what draws people back. If they only have stained sheets its gonna turn people away from this facility.
Nice size room. A comfortable chair to sit in while watching TV (finding a comfortable chair in a hotel room is unusual). Great TV. Mariachi restaurant next door was excellent.
Breakfast was very disappointing. Food was bland and not fresh. Needs a dog walk area.
Best Western Plus was very clean. The staff was very helpful & the breakfast was decent.
