Pretty much everything. The 2 workers that worked during our stay did try their best.

No tv working

You couldn't find staff without calling the owner and she relayed it to the caretaker. He was dressed like he was going to the beach. Had zero toilet paper, kleenex, hand soap or hand towels. They show pics of continental breakfast in their ad. Was only cheerios and milk. Ridiculous. Idiot at the desk just repeatedly said "There's a Dollar General across the street.

The cost, tv did not work, woke up each morning to the smell of weed. Beds were hard as a rock, bedding was very very worn out. Owner and helper got in a very heated argument outside our window after the first night. Was a very poor experience.

It smelled, the beds and very old and uncomfortable, the tv did not work, the staff didn't speak english.

My room was not dusted or vacuumed. Water leaked into my tub when another guest was using their shower. The heat and air conditioning worked well.

We had two rooms. Neither TV was working Breakfast was half hearted; cold cereal yogurt, banana, mini muffins, coffee. They were out of shampoo.

Nothing in particular, it was honestly slightly better than I expected for a cheap hotel

I will not go there again! It my first and my last time staying at this place. It was horrible! The beds had bugs beds and the towels wasn’t clean! The sheet the pillowcases still have hair on it. It doesn’t look clean at all, but we got there so late and we didn’t have another choice but I will never go there again. It was a nightmare for me.

Since you commented to my last review and I can’t reply I’ll leave you another one since I can leave 3 reviews since I’ve stayed here 3 times in March. I told you I did not need to check in early instead of letting me use the bathrooms I just wanted om in the lobby and come back at 3 you made me pay $20 for me and my son to use the restroom in the room. Plus your breakfast is subpar at best; it’s literally all trash you brought from Costco. Your towels are stained, your carpet is all ripped up, your desk aren’t even cleaned properly and you got used store bags as garage bags. With all the money people pay to stay in this rinky dink hotel you can afford to step it up a notch. I’ve spent almost $400 in March alone staying at this hotel and you wouldn’t let me use the lobby bathroom? Y’all are just money hungry and the money should be put back into the hotel but it clearly isn’t. I paid an extra $20 for this room and it’s the filthiest I’ve stayed in at your establishment. I wish I got this room the first time I would’ve saved a lot of money never coming back.

I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last 3 weeks and instead of letting me use the bathroom in the main lobby (when I arrived prior to the check in time), they told me I’d have to pay a $20 early check in fee. She made it seem like they don’t have a bathroom in the main lobby then when I noticed it told me it’s locked to stop “outside people” from coming in. I got here at 12:40 and told her I had a prior engagement scheduled for 1 PM so I didn’t actually need to check in I told her I could show her my license so she can see I actually had a reservation and she refused to let me and my 4 year old use the bathroom in the lobby. This will be my last time staying in this place.

The bed was to hard. No breakfast like it says. Had to wait 30 mins at the front desk to check in because the lady was in the shower. First room I checked into smelled like weed has to change rooms and the second room I got the door didnt latch.

Beds are not comfortable

I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk when I arrived at approximately 7pm. My room was ice cold - like frigid. I turned on the heat and just got in bed, under the covers. The mattress was awful - like thin, lumpy and no support. When I woke up, a couple of hours later, I realized there must have been dust or mold in the HVAC unit, I was stuffed up and had a sore throat. At least the room was finally warm enough to take a shower - where I was greeted with lukewarm water, even after letting it run for more than 5 minutes. A quick glance at the breakfast area, it appeared that only cold cereal was offered. Given my overall experience, I just went to the Kwik Trip up the street.

Not much, actually. The shower head was only okay.
