Better than what a budget hotel offers in the way of peace and quiet.
Pros:

It’s clean, safe, cheap, everything works well, very comfortable bed— there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. Good TV.

Cons:

For the money it was fine. Also, there was good order in the hallway—no congregating, no running kids.
