It's a great comfortable clean close to business place to stay..Great beds!
Pros:

Beds are so comfortable,air conditioner excellent! Cleanliness was wonderful.Room had nice furniture in it.. Microwave worked great.. location is excellent for shopping.. quiet inside room great rest!

Mold in Room; Refund Agreed to Twice, Then Denied
Pros:

Upon entering my assigned room, I immediately detected what I believed to be mold. I have a medical condition that causes an immediate physical reaction to mold exposure, so I reported the issue to the manager right away.

The manager was courteous and offered a second room, but it was also unsuitable. I explained that I could not stay, and he agreed without hesitation to issue a full refund. Based on that agreement, I left the property and obtained lodging elsewhere.

After Booking.com contacted the property to confirm the refund, I was informed that the property had stated a doctor's note would be required before any refund could be approved. Because this conflicted with what I had been told in person, I returned to the property.

During that visit, the manager again acknowledged that I would receive a refund but declined my request to provide the agreement in writing on hotel letterhead. He also stated that he had not spoken with anyone at Booking.com. However, later in the same conversation, he changed his position and stated that he would not issue the refund unless I first provided a doctor's note—the same requirement Booking.com had attributed to the property. As a result, the refund that had been agreed to twice was never honored.

My son, who paid for the reservation, remains out $176 while this matter is unresolved. I also incurred approximately $400 in additional expenses after having to secure alternate lodging on short notice. Booking.com has advised that the property has not responded to its subsequent attempts to resolve the matter.

Afterward, I reviewed other guest reviews and found multiple reports mentioning mold concerns at this property. That raised concerns for me that my experience may not have been an isolated incident.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property, especially for travelers with mold sensitivities or other medical conditions that may be affected by indoor air quality.

Pros:

The staff was nice and they were accommodating. The hotel was clean. They had an indoor pool and hot tub but hours of operation are only 11-9pm.

Cons:

There wasn’t an elevator and the breakfast was not very good at all.

Excellent Experience
Pros:

I was very happy with my stay here. I found the room to be beautiful and the owner and staff extremely kind. The room is very clean. The front desk entrance is also beautiful. I loved my time here. I would absolutely stay here again if I needed to.

Cons:

For the price the rooms were kinda dated stains on sheets pillow cases and towels. The air took forever to work and it just wasn't worth what I paid . Just so you know I think the pictures on website are from when they opened years ago !!! Not that clean at all !!!

Cons:

The breakfast was a little more than nothing. I was glad we had taken our own in a cooler with plenty of ice. The refrigerator had just been plugged in, so it was not cool for a while. I'm glad the microwave worked some. I cooked something in it in the evening, and it cut off. I assume it overheated. It worked later. The AC on high was definitely not too cold. It was barely cool enough. The wifi kept kicking out. We arrived 10 minutes early. The receptionist said she would have to charge us $25 if we didn't wait until 3 P.M., so we waited. Then there was a problem with the room, so we had to wait until about 3:15 to get into the room.
