New, clean, quiet. Would stay again. We were passing through and decided to do Bluespring Underground River in the morning.
The staff were friendly and accommodating.
There was a cigarette burn on one of the blankets. The towels & washcloths were ratty and stained. There was gum stuck to the floor in the bathroom. The common areas of the hotel were muggy because the didnt have the A/C on. Which must be terrible for the employees. The "breakfast" was literally just waffles, bagels, and 2 types of cereal. The waffle mix was watery and didnt taste right. So we didn't eat more than a bite of any of it.
I liked it was close to my event and a very good price for the two night stay.
Nothing stood out I did not like.
Dirty, dirty rags in bathroom,dirty tub dirty floor with food wrappers . Dust and cobwebbs everywhere. Went downhill just of recently

The friendly, helpful staff & management always greet me by name, and the rooms are clean & well furnished. Everything works as it should, and the motel is very close to all the businesses a traveler might need while visiting Bedford.
I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

It’s was all good
It was clean and the staff was very nice.
I did think it was just a little bit loud thumping on the floors above me all night.
Breakfast --meh.
One guest was noisy all night and smoked!
IT WAS DIRTY AN ALSO SEEN 2 ROACHES IN MY ROOM UNDER MICROWAVE THE BEDDING TOPPER HAD PEE STAIN ON IT AN A DROP OF BLOOD ON IT AN WHEN I ADDRESSED IT THE OWNER TOLD ME TO HAVE A NEW TOPPPWR HE WOULD CHARGE ME 50 DOLLARS WORST EXPERIANCE IVE EVER HAD AN TOTALLY UNEXCEPTIABLE
Location was close and easy to get in and out of
Bed didn’t look clean, not enough towels, tub was dirty, ac didn’t cool the room it was still warm in the room. There was a leak in the bathroom they blamed on mopping but would drip on you when using the toilet.
Not a damn thing about the whole experience did I like.
I did not stay there because I was not offered the room I booked when arrived so I ask for my money to be refunded and they have not refunded it yet.
STAY AWAY - rudest manager EVER who basically told me "too bad" after they canceled my reservation for no reason - only because they are price gouging as I booked it for the IU graduation weekend. I reserved this months ago only for them to send an email that they overbooked - what a surprise that they DO have rooms for at least 3x the price. SO disgusting and basically just didnt care at all. NEVER AGAIN.
STAY FAR AWAY - if you read the negative reviews on this place believe them - just gross. I will be contacting who ever I can to look into this. GROSS
