The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The lady in breakfast area was very good at her job. She always came in to clean off tables, and make sure there was food. The receptionist at the desk answered all our questions.
We were on first floor and someone was parked right by our window and left at 4:30. He had to start his car about 10 times gunning it continuously. Not your fault but was very inconsiderate of those trying to sleep.
The front desk man , was racist. Asked about late check out it wasn’t available he claimed.
Received a late check out option text from the hotel. He stated it was a mistake be out by 11am.
He know what he said pure rude . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel traveling to anyone . Staff is horrible.

That I had to pay two times due to booking messing up my stay, and I hated that the flow looked kind of dirty, and it was outdated in the room.
Not much. I booked 2 nights so I could sleep during the day. A relative is in the hospital I stayed all night with them. Went back to the hotel to sleep the staff kept waking me up 3 times. They wanted to change the mattress. So I left for about 2 hours came back the mattress were change but the plastic was still on and no sheets or comforter. Went to complain another hour later they finally put sheets on the bed. We you first walk in the room it smells like mildew. The microwave wave door was broken the vending machine stole my money. Place is managed horribly. You should fire everyone involved.

The location is convenient. The front staff she is very nice. She helped me with the refund because I booked online and it a very confusing to request a refund.
The hotel has a sweaty moldy smell. I wasn’t staying there that night. Because I can’t breathe all night with that smell. I left and asked for a refund and it has been 28 days and they still have not refunded to my Credit.
