No problems with wi-fi. Good desk space, with electrical outlets nearby. Temperature control worked well on a cold Nebraska night. Bed excellent: reasonably firm mattress, pillows neither too thin and skimpy nor too fat and inflexible; heavier blankets than I usually find in motels, so I could turn the heat down a bit at night. No problems with noise. Plenty of hot water, and good flow from shower head.
Lighting is good for reading in bed, but not so great for working at the desk.
The breakfast had hot food, and fairly good choices. Had ground floor rooms available.
During renovation, lots of outside noise and trash.
No problems with wi-fi. Good light for working at desk and for reading in bed. Temperature control works well. Blankets heavier than the usual thin motel blankets, so one can keep the room temperature lower. No problems with noise.
The sink lacked an aerator, so there wasn't a coherent stream of water. I left a note about it when I checked out, and hopefully it's been fixed.
Comfortable beds,

For a large room with two queen beds, there really should have been more towels and wash cloths available to us. It was very minimal. Otherwise it was very nice. Thank you

Centrally located
It was what I would expect.
I realize the property is going through some renovation. That said, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a breakfast buffet in the mornings. The staff (manager) was courteous and pleasant. This is a comfortable, minimal frills motel, with restaurants located in the same area.
It was not very cleaned up outside. The lobby had a weird smell to it. Carpet had holes in it, and they were allowing groups to have parties in the parking lot, which was quite annoying.
Convenient as it is close to family members.
I am disabled and they put me on the second floor without an elevator. It was really hard for me to go up and down the stairs. I asked for the first floor, and they told me none were available. On the reservation I made two days earlier it doesn't give you an option to put that you are disabled. It would be nice to add that to the booking so situations like this doesn't happen.
Everything was good but the bed was like a rock

old, dated, & dark halls and common areas
Place is a shithole. shower had 1x2' rust stain. probably 50 beer bottle cap in parking in front of door, mirrors streaked in a way anybody would normally want to redo. I didnt stay, had an event from 3-6pm and checked out without using room at 6pm and drove home. No way would I stay. didnt complain, but they appear to be a weekly rate place. renovation refuse near front door.I told them I had seen the recent reviews, which were terrible and wanted a decent room. no other places in town. it's gross.
It was a comfortable room. It had a comfortable bed, a bathtub and shower, and a refrigerator and microwave. Although the facility was in the process of being remodeled, it was quiet at night. It was clean. During my four-day stay, it was not serviced by housekeeping. One visit by housekeeping (at least to take out the trash) would have been helpful. Other than that, it was perfect.
They are in the process of remodeling and it's looking good. Also, the staff was friendly.
