The check in was excellent. The front desk person that checked me in was great. Very attentive and accommodating. The room is very nice and clean.

Rented for a family member before they moved into an apartment.

Price point was good. Room was clean.

The lady who checked me in was very rude and unhelpful. If you don’t like people don’t do customer service. Got to my room on second floor and it reeked of smoke . Went back down to see if I could get a non s room. The place was pretty much empty . The y lady was rude again and didn’t want to help me . I asked for a room on the 1st floor since my wife couldn’t do a lot of walking. She said she can’t do anything about that. I said no but you can give me another room. RUDE . She gives me a key to another room and says bring the other key back when you get your junk out. Junk? Really? The breakfast is none existent. Cereal, toast, coffee. No thank you. This place used to be nice. I stayed before but I won’t again. New owners and going down fast. And toilet stopped up. They took all the soap and amenities out and went up on the deposit. Get less and pay more

Property is a little aged

U never sent my payment to the hotel.. i could not check in.. im waiting to get my $$$ back..

Queit, no breakfast though buts thats okay! Johnny b's grill was awesome as well as howells in front of hotel!

The staff was amazing. The rooms were quiet.The parking was ample, but the continent of breakfast, was trash. Fruit cups juice and coffee

Once I got in my room I ordered me a pizza. I was sitting at the desk eating it when I got through. I was going to put some in the microwave and then take my husband some. I looked up and there was a spider crawling on the wall. I got to Kleenex and smushed it. I took it down to the front desk and the lady said she would show it to her manager. I said I would like for some discount to come off my bill. She said she would bring it to her manager. After that I felt very uncomfortable in the room. I itched all night. The floor looked nasty. That is the carpet that was in the room and bathtub was not a tub for a disabled person the sides of the tub was to high for me to get my legs over in a proper way and I was woken by loud people talking and their phones loud in the hallway I asked for them to please be quiet and they were not

Breakfast consisted of coffee and a prepackaged fruit cup from the front desk. Ridiculous

Great stay nice friendly people . Very clean peaceful. Parking lot is nice too. Staff very helpful and nice. The rooms was clean and comfortable, pillows nice and fluffy. Bathroom was very clean and nice. I really enjoyed my stay. 10/10 see you soon!

There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom that no one bothered to clean up. I wiped everything down with sanitizer, the night stands and the desk were covered in grime, and the bed spread had cigarette burns on it.

Needs a major update feels like you’re walking into a twilight zone

They need more confiders. Want the bed need new mattress on the bed.

Roach infested

This lady at the front desk refused to all Charles to stay in the hotel and kicked him off the premises because he told her they had a roach infestation.! She would not take a picture of my credit card. ( which they did last week ). So I used Expedia as he stood there and waited. . and no sooner than he got the confirmation. She kicked him out and when I called up there she started screaming at me. And she she could do what she wanted to and I was not getting a refund. She said take it up with Expedia and hung up on me. This was one rude person
