Eu gostei do atendimento. Funcionários qualificados, corteses no atendimento aos hóspedes. Destaco, em especial , o funcionário da recepção, Rafael que, prontamente, resolveu meu problema, e ainda atendeu,meu marido, que é do Canadá, falando inglês fluentemente.

Cons:

Não gostei de esperar 18 minutos do elevador. Talvez, por ser véspera de feriado, o hotel estava com 100% de ocupação e,ainda, com dois eventos. Também, a gerência poderia melhorar serviços, em geral.

Essa é mais uma dica, as funcionárias de manhã estão usando o rádio frequência muito alto atrapalha quem está dormindo. Seria bom elas usarem fone de ouvido ou diminuir o volume, é muito alto por isso estou reclamando. Me hospedei no 26 andar.
