Ótimo quarto para família, localização central, ótimo café da manhã

Já estive hospedado outras vezes, gostamos do tamanho do quarto para a família, tem tv, internet, frigobar (que não atrapalha a noite), camas boas, bom chuveiro, café da manhã muito gostoso (deixar um elogio especial para a Sra. que faz as tapiocas, estavam ótimas). Embora seja um local movimentado (hotel grande e área central), gostamos de poder parar o carro no acesso coberto para descer com as crianças e bagagens com segurança (pra mim é um grande diferencial). Vários elevadores, não se espera muito para subir ou descer.

Cons:

Dessa vez no banheiro tinha algum vazamento que molhava bastante o chão, recomendo verificarem. Também poderia ter tomada 110V no quarto e banheiro, pois só tem 220V. Eles emprestam transformador para pegar pela manhã e devolver até 02h depois, mas é ruim ter que ficar descendo buscar e devolver, até por ser algo mais pesado para ficar carregando.
Como melhoria, recomendo checarem as janelas de todos os quartos, no nosso tinha uma faltando a trava de abertura total, para quem vai com crianças gera insegurança.

Gostei da localização, da história do hotel. O hotel é silencioso.

Cons:

O atendimento na recepção deixou muito a desejar. O hotel é antigo e poderia ser muito bem explorado, porém, ele tem muitas coisas velhas. O que poderia ser um diferencial, acaba se tornando um inconveniente.

Simpatia dos colaboradores.

Cons:

Hotel muito antigo, falta manutenção básica. Café da manhã lotado, tivemos dificuldade de pegar mesa. Localização complicada também, não passa segurança andar a pé.
