The hospitality was amazing always asking if we needed anything ver friendly had great conversation with the staff especially the lady works during the day saturday to be exact
It was a good place.
The air conditioner unit needs fixed. The control panel is messed up. I forgot to tell the lady at the front desk. Once i got it set it was ok.

There was no remote to the tv in our room. There was no body wash in the bathroom. They didn’t even come in our room so no clean towels or wash clothes. We had to go to the front desk to get anything. The front desk person was great to give us what we needed except for the remote

Like that, there was an ice machine some hotels now don’t have one and it sucks when you have to get ice for your drinks
When you first walked in the building, it was a little musky the carpet needs to be replaced needed some updating other than that it was fine
Everything, killed a Roach , Hair in Sink and Tub , Hair in bed on supposedly clean sheets Toilet too short and I'm short ! AND I DO NOT LIKE OR APPRECIATE TO GO TO ANY STAY AWAY FROM HOME TO PLACES WHERE PEOPLE BRING ANIMALS !!!!! I DO NOT LIVE WITH NO ANIMALS , NASTY !! DISGUSTING !!! AND IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED KEEP THE SHIT SEPARATED DON'T GET IT TWISTED!!! NOT EVERYONE IS A ANIMAL LOVER TO DEAL WITH THE SHIT!!!

It was close to where we needed to be. They had breakfast included, at least.
The staff was rude and was too busy gossiping while we stood there to check in. The bathroom was disgusting! It had dead bugs on the floor and all of the corners were caked with dirt. There were crumbs in front of the bed..

Wifi was sketchy all night. Front desk came down twice to fix it.

There was a weird smell to the hallways and room. In the bathroom there was dark brown or black hair on the floor (mainly in the corner) and red hair on the bathroom sink. There were cracks in the bottom of the refrigerator.

The bed was uncomfortable and room smelt like smoke even though it was nonsmoking
Staff was very nice! I wish I would have got the lady’s name. We checked in Friday May 29th around 6:30pm and the lady that checked us in was extremely nice and helpful!
After a long day of driving, we checked out the two hotels by the highway and choose this one based on appearance and price. We were exhausted and quickly changed into our PJs, and pulled back the sheets only to discover both beds had notable hair and dirt inside the sheets. One of the mattresses had a large, measurable sag in the middle. If we hadn't already unpacked and gotten ready for bed we would have packed up then and there and left. Instead, my husband went to the counter and explained the situation. We were not offered another room but the attendant stated we would get a refund. They gave him two sets of sheets and we had to completely remake the beds ourselves. The room was dusty and appeared unvacuumed as well.
In the morning, housekeeping literally put the bins right in front of our door and we had to move them to get out of our room. Then we went to the hotel breakfast room at 8:55 (the signs on the wall the night before had said open until 9:30am, but when we got there the door was locked, You could see three employees helping themselves to breakfast, and there was a handwritten sign taped over the door that said breakfast ended at 9am. The employees just stared at us expressionless even when we knocked, so we did not get breakfast,
When we checked out, they tried to charge us full price, and when we repeated the events of the night before to the supervisor, there was no apology, no friendliness, but she did agree to a price reduction of 50%, which at that point we took to just get out the door and away from there.
The front desk and staff were amazing and the room was super clean .

How close it was to where we were going
The bed was very uncomfortable, we found a roach in the bathroom and when we arrived the window was unlocked so we locked it and when we came back from Gregory the window was unlocked again and then we also realized that our room door was not secured and was unlocked from the day we got there until Saturday when maintenance came and fixed it. I told the person at the front and he wasn’t very friendly about it and didn’t seem to care.
