We were only there to sleep because it was so bad to be there
Pros:

It was a good location

Cons:

Bathroom shower had hair all over it. Desk chair had white stains all over it. Tv didn’t work the only time we were available to use it and we called front desk and they said they would be up in 10 min and they weren’t and then called the room phone when we were already in bed

Not as good as I thought

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Handled our situation very well.

We found a bed bug in our room in our last night. Turned into a lot of extra expenses.

Since I don't like to be cold, I am not so sure I will stay here again.
Pros:

Registering was easy. making sure that my requests were filled.

Cons:

The room was so cold all night. Next time, if there is one, I will bring my own blanket to ensure that I can sleep warm.

Scammed
Cons:

We were billed $70.12 for the room and then another charge of $50 for a security deposit was added AND THEN another charge of $70.12 was added. Two days later the charge was still on our card. This is the second time we have been double billed at a Super8 by Wyndham. This is either incompetence or a deliberate scam. I will never stay at a Super 8 again and Booking.com should not be associated with them.

Decent stay for the price
Pros:

The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was good (always appreciate a waffle maker). Hot tub and pool open until 10pm is nice.

Cons:

May not be a 'good' part of town but conveniently located.

Pros:

I was placed the first night next to the breakfast room. I was awakened at 4 am bc of noise in the breakfast room then again at 5 when they prepped for breakfast! Totally unacceptable!! I was moved to the 3rd Floor and the second night was just fine. BUT I should be refunded at least a portion of my stay. I will be in town every month for 3-4 nights through 2026.

Cons:

Matress was lumpy! I could tell where previous guests lay in the bed. Mattresses need to be replaced
