No elevator at location had to carry bags to second floor. Had a senior citizen with me that fell in stair well trying to get bags to second level. Air conditioner had floor sopping wet, front desk clerk was rude. Booking offered late check out but they did not honor it.
Not much it was outdated and felt dirty it also had a strange smell.
The pool was super unpleasant area the ac didn’t work and the rooms were so hot during the day their so called free breakfast was a joke their toaster didn’t work no hot food available and what the did offer was old and stale.
I didn’t like that I couldn’t take my breakfast to my room after working all night , door lock was messed up but still locked
The location
The manager was rude and deceiving and there were roaches.
Very clean and modern room furnishings which was a surprise to us.
The staff is so friendly and it stays clean Ms Teresa and Mr Patel are some awesome people I love them
Nothing everything was great
Truthfully nuthn
Room smelled mildew the whole time, breakfast was not what I'm used to when I travel, toaster didn't work, no eggs , pancakes , sausage, bacon - Just not use to this
The rooms were comfortable
Breakfast was not fresh and not much to choose from
It was clean, people were nice
Nothing
Staff was not friendly and was very rude pool was not open , and over all facility was dirty. Refused to cancel my reservation when arriving. Had to find another hotel elsewhere. Do not recommend this hotel.
The bed was very comfortable. The manager was really nice at check-in and check-out.
The breakfast was ok, if you liked watered down gravy. Plus there was a sign saying if you took any breakfast items back to your room, they would charge you $25! I was afraid to take my coffee back to my room.
Large parking lot which was well lit at night. Large room so plenty of room to spread out. It was quiet. Good location close to WalMart and other stores. Easy property to find.
Two major things about this property. The one cleaning lady spoke no English and the rugs in the room were sprayed with some sort of overpowering deodorizer. This was a non-smoking, pet free property but the lady at the front desk was smoking (same lady that greeted us the day prior) and admitted that service dogs were allowed to stay at the property. The breakfast started at 5am due to construction workers needing to eat prior to going to work and by 6am there was little left.
Budget friendly.
No eggs for breakfast, no towels, toilet paper, nor cleaning service until 3 days, indoor pool was closed for cleaning in which the pool was the reason for picking this hotel, and it smells like "idolatry" incense all up in there.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lacking. They advertised hot breakfast, but the ononly hot thing was biscuits and gravy. I thought they would at least had a waffle maker.
The room had a really bad musty smell like old cigarette smoke, which I cannot stand the smell of.
