Pros:

The only thing I can say that was good, there was no bugs

Cons:

1 wash cloth 2 towels for 2 people for 2 nights. Broken coffee pot. No bar soap or shampoo. Shower didnt work so we had to change rooms 1 hr. before our tour of Niagara Falls. The so called breakfast was very skimpy . No coffee pot in new room. We had to take the one from our other room. The day we left went to get coffee at 8:30 and both pots were empty. No fruit. Very unsatisfied.

Good clean hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. Karam at the desk was very nice and helped a lot with useful information.
Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and good for access to niagara falls area. Using own car is useful.

Cons:

Breakfast choice limited and could be better.

It was ok, staff was very good, area was sketchy!!
Pros:

Kind of a shady area, lots of homeless and people living in the parking lot, hanging around back entrance.

Pros:

Basic but adequate, coffee, juice, bagels or toast, banana's.

Cons:

Unpleasant aroma in corridors, possible other guests having 'take out' in their rooms.

Miserable
Pros:

Room smelled heavily of something. Almost like a floor wax. Tub falling apart. Rotting paint.
