Booked a room and you said it was full and still charged us for 2 nights at 272$
A room we paid for didn't
Very clean room
Bed was comfortable and location was great
We had ants. The room hadn’t been fully cleaned. We had towels from previous guests. No blow dryer. There were coffee pods however no coffee maker. Some plugs didn’t work.
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast decent.
It smelled of smoke. The air condition receptacle was pulled out and you could see the wires. It was filthy.

The bathroom was dirty with some pee stains on the bowl under the lid (that were there before we arrived). And that left to desire with the rest of the experience. For $150/night, it was not worth it.
Great Value for the price. Not anything luxurious but bed was comfy, breaky was a nice bonus, Keurig in the room lovely treat plus fridge and microwave in the room really convenient.
A little more instruction as to where ice machine was... only realized they had one after the fact, Tv Controller really sketchy controls sometimes worked sometimes didn't. To be fair, didn't mention it.
Continental breakfast.
Parts of the hotel were being renovated so the grounds were not kept up. When we arrived at our initial room the door was open and would not close or lock. We requested a different room. The next room had more problems so we were relocated again. The wifi was terrible and we continually lost connection.
Well located, easy to reach
You could see there was some refurbishing going one. But overall it looked a bit rundown with furniture and stuff standing in some corners.
Did not even stay overnight, so no breakfast!
So, the room was dusty, windows smudged with handprints, enough towels for 1 person!
The smoke detector/CO2 detector was removed from the ceiling & in the dresser drawer. 4 pointyscrews protruding from the dresser drawers! Was supposed to be no smoking(allergy). The smoking table was right outside our door with the smoke drifting into our room. Unable to tolerate so we left. No drop box for the key! No one in the lobby & the phone outside the lobby didn’t work!Totally unacceptable!!!!!
Location was good.
It’s in the process of being renovated and the room was not ready to be rented. Only one electrical outlet so I had to unplug the microwave to use the coffee machine etc. The “free breakfast” left a lot to be desired. A toaster with two types of bread, two types of cereal, over ripe bananas and cold coffee that ran out. I grabbed a yogurt and left. Overall pretty disappointed. I understand they’re renovating but they were not ready for having bookings and their breakfast offerings were dismal. I hope they up their game given that they’re sinking money into renovating. I also booked at what I thought was the Quesnel Inn only to find it is now the Park Inn and I therefore drove by it when trying to find it.
