Pros:

In the first place when I leave the hotel room I leave it usually cleaner than I find it on this idiots tried to charge me my $100 deposit and not give it back because they said there was a towel that was dirty A small one and a large one when I didn't even shower that day but we got there late at night they said they were going to send me pictures I could give it s*** about that there's no way that happened and we had to wait about 2 hours of somebody check their room and then they said they were going to make the deposit back to my card and I want this taken care of and I mean it I must see the s*** out of you guys.
I spoke with someone and he doesn't answer anymore nobody answers I want this taken care of ASAP Connie Delacruz Ricardo

Cons:

room floors needs thorough cleaning. Furniture in the room needs to be replaced - they are very old and with scratches ; not presentable .
Loud at night due to music fr the restaurant that is within the hotel property. we cannot sleep until the music stops and that is when the restaurant closes at 12 am.

Check In Times should be at time it is told.
Pros:

I liked the room itself it was spacious.

Cons:

Check in was super delayed, i booked months before. Arrived at 5:20ish room was not ready. Receptionist said 30 mins, came back past 30 mins and room was not ready and was downgrated to a 2 bedroom with no refund or discount. Checked in close to 7 very dissapointed!

Checked out within 2 hours due to the conditions, still waiting my refund .
Pros:

I liked the room but it was not ready for someone staying inside, it was dirty and all items in the shower were empty

Cons:

Clean the dead roaches from the bed and floors, re fill all the containers in the bathroom and properly label the bottles. The lotion bottle near the sink had little to no soap inside. No lotion at all.
