Dirty, peeling paint, and unfriendly staff
First off, the staff was not polite or courteous.
You pull up to the hotel and the entire outside of the building looks bad. I thought that the inside would be different. I was wrong, it was 3:15 pm and you had to pick up a phone, dial 0 to get someone to come to the front desk. I had paid for a suite that the microwave didn't work, the telephone was just a unit sitting on top of a table with no cords. The jacuzzi tub didnt work and the jets didn't even looked clean. You go into the bathroom where a coffee pot sat with no cups, coffee or condiments. The tub had mold in the grout at whichl went to the dollar store, bought cleaner and went back to clean the bathroom all up. The carpet had holes in it, the furniture was scratched, pieces missing of it and stained. I went down to the lobby to get some change for the vending machine and there was a sign that lobby closed at 11 pm. The next morning breakfast was stale cereal, powdered eggs out of waffle mix and syrup. The juice machine looked like it had been cleaned forever. I was glad to check out to find that I had to dial 0 to get someone to come from their room to give me a receipt. The person showed up in pajamas. This will be the last time that I come here. Baymont Inn are usually a great place to stay but this is the worse one that I have stayed in. I would gone somewhere else but it was to late to cancel.

The place was very dirty it looked more like workers or owners lived there childrens toys hidden all over.employs were dressed like they were at home half had no shoes on.we had no ice bucket,coffee pot or iron I room ask for these t but never got them .people coming and going using the pool like it was a public pool.the doors to the hotel were never locked so anyone could get in .the hotel should not be under the baymont name stayed at plenty of baymonts before and this was the worst.
I like that its good price with the accomodations of hot and cold breakfast and pool.
The staff is dirty and rough looking there. And there always cleaning in front you whenyour trying get cereal.
The bed was comfortable and th TV worked.
There were no glasses in the room. The clock radio was unplugged and I had to find the cord to plug it in. Also, the first impression of the hotel was that it looked shabby. The paint on the outside of the building is peeling. Another thing, when I checked in I was told about $100.00 security deposit that had to be paid. I was not aware of the charge until then! It was not on the Hotels.com website.
It was decent for price
Breakfast could have been a lot better pool was not working and they wouldn't give me any towels without walking down the hall with my old towels which still was not enough they would only alow 2 for me my husband and daughter
The interior of the hotel was very well kept and very clean. My room was very clean and comfortable. Even the corners of the bathroom floors were clean, my wife was impressed.
It truly needs some painting on the exterior of the building. Lots of peeling on the exterior walls is going on, gives you hesitation before you walk in.
The breakfast bar was missing some items, there were waffles, bagels and cereal. There were also eggs but no sausages or bacon and no potatoes.

Entire property is run down. Pool was closed. No lightbulbs in room, had to return to front desk to request replacements. Tv is old with no streaming services. M&ms on the carpet in the room.
