We didn’t stay.
Pros:

It was not clean. Paint was chipping. Mold in bathrooms. Smell. We did not stay. Would appreciate a refund.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Shower was hot and lots of pressure

Cons:

Needs a refresh. The hotel has a musty smell to it. The pool looks disgusting. Furniture in the rooms is chipped, cracked, and the finish is peeling off. The out side of the building needs repairs. The paint is cracked and peeling and boards are rotted and need replaced.

And the breakfast only had eggs and waffles. No meat at all, but over all tasted good. Last year was a better choices in food for breakfast

It was a place to sleep and leave immediately.

Location was easily accessible.

Cons:

Place looks worn down, peeling and fading paint, landscape looks ill maintained. The interior of the hotel was only marginally clean, the rooms seemed to be barely cleaned, there was no soap in the room. There was no breakfast.

Cheated on Franklin

Cons:

The fact that I didn't get a suite. Put me in same room I always get yet paid 60 dollars more.
The room was dirty. Shower dirty. Bedspread dirty.
Not happy this time around. Felt cheated.

Air conditioning wasn't working room was hot so I told staff and she had maintenance take air unit out and later came back with another air unit to put in... they did try but it was hot and loud all night so basically we didn't get no rest it was hot so we were uncomfortable all night not to mention first couple hours there was work going on in our room.

Cons:

Exterior is very poorly maintained. Badly needs paint and general maintenance. The room was clean but the bathtub was disgustingly and very slick.
