Pros:

Quiet location. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Not top quality but had everything to make us comfortable. Good value for the price.

Cons:

Not great if you plan to catch bus to the city over the weekend as it's not on a 'rapid' route.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Friendly staff
Clean room. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was serviced which I wasn't expecting.
Great takeaway from the restaurant delivered to the room.
800 metre walk to the Manuka shopping Centre.
If you want a cafe you can go to the Betty Botter cafe just around the corner.
Nice seating area outside to have happy hour.

pretty good
Pros:

good room, electric blankets, coffee , microwave etc

Cons:

Tv did not connect to wifi , and it needed this to get the guide and to use some other features

Great value for the price, well presented accommodation.
Pros:

Older room but very clean & tidy. Great dimmable bed side lights if you didn't want to have the room to bright at night. Electric blankets on bed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to local centre with lots of pubs & restaurants. Bus stop nearby. Didn't hear any traffic noise. Staff had the AC on so the room was very inviting & warm for my arrival.

Cons:

Modernised bathroom would have been nice but it was still functional, clean & tidy. You could feel the electric blankets on the bed. Pillows were on the high side for me with no slimmer options available in the room.

Clean, quiet, convenient to Parliament House...I stay here quite often and always consistent
Pros:

Easy check in, room clean and renovated.
Surprisingly quiet despite the volume of rooms and people staying there.

Cons:

Restaurant wasn't open, but short walk into Manuka to bars, restaurants and Coles

A wonderful comfortable spacious apartment which was fantasy value for money

Motel marketed as hotel
Pros:

It's in a nice suburb and was spacious

Cons:

It was very outdated, old carpet and dirty walls needing paint. Mouldy shower and peeling paint.

It's basically very expensive for what is effectively a motel.

Room size was too small, Beds were not clean and had lots of hairs on it, Even beds were very uncomfortable and couldnt sleep well. Hot Kettle was dirty.
