A very affordable, quiet, cosy and hassle-free experience.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Easy check-in. Easy check-out. Had kettle, hair-dryer, bible. The place was clean. After dark the place was very quiet. As a light sleeper, I really appreciated the lack of noise.

Cons:

The only soap was in the shower in a dispenser, so washing my hands at the bathroom sink after using the toilet meant opening up the shower door and leaning into the shower, which can be dangerous if the shower floor is wet. Maybe bring your own hand soap. It was also unclear to me how to turn on and use the room heater, although I didn't investigate this too thoroughly as I was quite tired from a long day of driving.

Pros:

Wonderful renovated ground floor apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Big TV. Lots of parking. Outdoor BBQ/lawn area and well maintained gardens. Nice quiet location. Walking distance to Manuka shops.

Well located and well-appointed bright apartment. Handy to bus and shops, cafes.
Pros:

Spacious and bright apartment, nice bathroom, modern kitchen. Good location, beautiful streets. Luckily, there was an extra fan heater.

Cons:

Very harsh lighting in the main living area and bedroom. No actual heating in the bathroom. No spare blankets in the wardrobe (had to ask at reception). Bed a little bit soft.
