Excellent
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Forrest Hotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well organised, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families visiting Canberra!

Old, appliances and cupboards disgusting, sheets had a cigarette burn, bedding did not look professionally laundered. I did not stay sent back the next morning to cancel and check out as had 2 more nights booked receptionist unhelpful. I’m still waiting to hear back from booking.com after contacting chat, customer service x2

Poor and disappointing in most areas.
Pros:

Air conditioning worked well. Electric blankets worked.

Cons:

You advertised a restaurant on site. Not true. It had only takeaway or room service, not eat in, and the menu was very limited. Food rating was also poor. We had a Chinese dish. My wife used to run a Chinese restaurant in Burwood (Sydney suburb with large Chinese population).
Not a welcoming room.
I carry a high quality, 4 band, Sony radio when travelling. Something near room 33 caused so much interference it could not be used on the am band.
The room looked clean but did not 'feel' clean.
