Pros:

Access to friendly reception and good heater.

Cons:

Toilet sink & mirror too high for kids. No access to microwave. No big plates. carpet's placement is off. No diswashing liquid & scrubber to clean plates. Not enough shampoo and conditioner for 3 people

Pros:

Price is good with so many appliances, electric blankets on every beds, heater in bedrooms, washer/dryer, full size fridge, VS hair dryer, smart TV, nice sofa and dining chair, bin, room on ground floor, convenient and quiet location, clean

Cons:

Bathroom was soaking wet after shower due to no shower screen or curtain, and fan was noisy and ineffective. A bit difficult to prepare meal due to absence of ladle, scissors, heat resistant mat. Noisy guest upstairs keep dragging the chairs, can't complain as we do that too because the dining area is very cramped, hard to squeeze in the chairs by the wall, we end up dragging out the table to the middle of the living room, parking is not right outside the room
