We will never stay there again.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

There was an odor the minute we walked in. It never went away. They said place was remodeled but room areas had old rusty paint. We got one tiny bar soap to use for shower and sink. When I asked for more they c oh ld not understand why we needed more. One day the towels were not picked up to be replaced w clean towels. The guy at the desk said we’ll bring them to me. The security is poor. At night the main door is left open and often no one was at the front desk.

For the price and location it was just right
Pros:

Location was the key and the price was right. Breakfast wasn't anything special but I didn't stay there for the breakfast.

Cons:

For the price it was about what I expected in an older motel.

basically, got what I paid for.
Pros:

Clean and close to where I needed to be for work. Cost was good for the value of the facility.

1970's atmosphere. Fixtures in bathtub were corroded.

Location and they allowed dog

Cons:

Room showed its age. Old beat up furniture. I had my dog. So did everyone down that hallway. Lots of dogs. Lots of barking.

I would seek this facility again for furture venues in the area.
Pros:

The breakfast was limited but appropriate for the number of cars in the parking lot. We did not go away hungry or seek outside venues.

Cons:

The facility is currently under needed renovations. Even with that, it was clean and pleasant with no disturbing workman noise.

Filth and gross
Pros:

I was mortified that I reserved this hotel for two family members for last night. The first room they were given had a dirty bathroom, hair in the sink, etc. They were given a second room that was worse with dirty sheets and stains on the bedspread. The third room was even worse. They ended up back in the first room after requesting a clean blanket. They were so grossed out by the experience that they were unwilling to chance the free breakfast.
