Pros:

HOUSEKEEPERS STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS FROM THE ROOM! I had shopped at the outlet mall across the street and had purchased a bag from Gucci that a housekeeper stole out of my room. Notified the Manager who didn’t care and didn’t even talk to one housekeeper about it. Immediately responded he didn’t know where it would be. STAY AWAY from this hotel!

It was conveniently located for us but I prefer a quieter hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Right near Amerant Bank Arena. Great parking. Easy to find. Starbucks on sight though they close down at 12 noon (should stay open all day!)

Cons:

The hotel was not very quiet at night. You could hear everything...people running around, people on the floor above you. Difficult to get sleep. Also no housekeeping seen during the three days we were there so no fresh towels etc.
