Clean, inviting and accommodating!
Pros:

Clean even in the rooms that allowed our two dogs. Very polite and caring staff. Nice little breakfast and clean pool.

Horrible customer service
Pros:

They refused to give us new towels when asked and then wanted to argue with me when I asked for them. Never offered us house keeping during our stay.

Clean room comfortable bed
Pros:

The room, bathroom was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty average. Real eggs would’ve improved my experience. Yogurt was good.

Pros:

The room was generously sized and decorated tastefully in neutrals. Coffee/tea/cocoa were available 24/7 out in the lobby but coffee and tea were also available in our room.
We appreciated the handicap accessible bathroom with handheld shower, shower seat, and grab bars around the tub. Breakfast choices were excellent.

Pros:

The breakfast nice touch not just coffee. And right off the hwy.

Cons:

Very rigid check in. Wedding so needed 30 minutes before to clean up.the air quality was not good had a smell to both rooms not pleasant. Air wouldn't stay on so was stuffy not comfortable. Alarm was set by someone before us in alot of the wedding guests room at 6am horrible.

Problem checking in
Pros:

The only problem we had is when we checked in the girl at the desk wanted to charge us an additional $25 for early ck-in even though I had called the day before & told her that reward members can get early ck-in at no extra charge. We needed to get dressed for a wedding. I also informed the manager of this a couple wks. before. Eventually this was resolved, but they need to keep their employees up to date. Other than that everything was fine.
