I only ended up staying 1 night. The room had no shower, I was handed a pair of pliers from the management to turn my shower on and it still wouldnt work. They did not have clean sheets or amenities. Frankly, it was terrible. I ended up having to have my boss pay for another hotel, because it was not stayable in its condition. Highly disappointed and I was charged anyway.
Everything- it was tru;y the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel - i would really like to be refunded and I will be notifying Super 8's Corporate offices as well

The guy that worked there was helpful
One person was working the whole hotel. He worked the front desk, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and set up breakfast which wasn't there but I understood because the guy was doing his best. I had no trash cans,towels, or complimentary hand soap bars. Carpet was musty and dusty. Something also bit me in my bed throughout the night.The owners of this place should be fined and the building bulldozed.This place is a disgrace to the city of Blackwell..This is hands down the worst Super 8 in the entire country..Super 8 needs to remove their name and likeness from this building.

I have never experienced a bath tub so cruddy and dirty in my life. (See uploaded pic) The carpet was filthy dirty with stains from one end to the other. I wouldn't take my shoes off for anything. The hotel houses two big hairy dogs who live there and the whole place smells like dog.

Office sehr sauber, frisch renoviert, Personal sehr freundlich.
Buchung: Mit Foto zur Identifikation! Katsstrophe. Wenn ich vor Ort buche macht der Manager auch kein Foto um es dann mit der Identity abzugleichen.
Zimmer: gebucht 1 Bett, bekommen 2 Betten ( o.K. er hat vorher gefragt. Kühlschrank defekt ( wurde ausgetsuscht) Menue für das TV- Gerät wäre gut, Aircondition kühlte nicht ausreichend, Betten waren o.K. im Bad fehlte der zweite Satz Handtücher.
Den Tisch im Zimmer mussten wir notdürftig reparieren, damit der Kaffee nicht überschwappte.
Zum "Frühstück" gab es 2 Cerealien (Loops und Zimtkissen) und ein Stück Obst und Müsli oder Fruchtriegel, Milch und Kakao, aber kein Zucker oder Süssstoff. Kaffee war gut und reichlich.
Alles in Allem: Für 1 Übernachtung gerade ausreichend.

It was close to where my car broke down. And they bed was comfortable.
The hotel did not have towels, washrags, or toiletries when we got in our room. And I was not able to get any till after midnight. There was blood on sheet. Even though it was supposed to have breakfast it had literally nothing. Im normally not a complainer but this hotel should probably just close.
