Super 8 by Wyndham Portsmouth

Falsely advertised!! No hot tub at all even tho listed online and on the front sign! Pool has been closed for a year! Slime on the ceiling, broken doors hinges(had to lift and shift the entry door to even get it to latch)Dirty room red things (unidentified) laying on the floor! No screen on the windows, if we opened the windows you could fall directly out 2 stories. Fire alarms blaring at 3 am due to someone smoking Marijuana! Booked online and found out once we were there that we were grossly overcharged but the staff wasn't able to adjust it!

Rude staff- no help with anything.
The hotel had a very disgusting smell as soon as you walk through the front door then we get to the room & it smells worse than the front desk. Our floor looked like it hasn’t been mopped in 2 years, looked like feces was matted onto the wood floor where a dog has used the restroom so much on the floor or somebody has walked in feces and carried it all over the floor.

Was by far the worst place I've stayed in my 55 years.. you're facility was dirty, smells like cigarettes all day long,and smelled like Marijuana at night.. mold in the shower,pop bottle, candy wrappers ,dog food,and fingernails on the floor.. this is in the second room you moved me too.. the first room had a broken window,that wouldn't shut.. I was in town for my mom's funeral, and the stress from this hotel was unnecessary. And the people hanging out in the parking lot, all hours of the night was sketchy at best. I had to call the local sheriff's department, and asked them to keep an eye out, and they told me that there is alot of criminal activity that goes on at your hotel,and they are there regularly.. I will never book a room there ever again!

The room had no pull out couch as advertised the sofa had no cushion covers and you sank to the floor when setting down, the pool never got opened, the rooms smells like sweaty moldy mildew, the claimed hot tub was just a jacooze bathtub.. the breakfast was a joke nasty crusty gravy and the waffle maker filthy and the waffle mix looked runny, the orange juice has red floating clumps in it. This place has drug deals all day even by the staff and polite as I can be the staff was the absolute rudest group of unprofessional people I ever ever met, I paid the highest price on the biggest room and definitely feel cheated. Never will stay here again.

Salle de la piscine froide, sol en beton arme. On entend le bruit de toutes les chambres autour, personnes qui crient a 23h dans les couloirs,... Douche vetuste, on entend le bruit de la route. Le petit dejeune est tres limite et pas tres bon (petits pains racits gardes au chaud)

The smell, the hole in the bathroom door, the broken bathroom handle, the bust door lock, the 5 times we had to go get new key cards bc they stopped working, the 1 room power outage 3 separate times.

Having to shovel the sidewalks and lay salt down, or having to dig myself and parents out of the snow in there parking lot,

Or the fact that pool wasn't warm enough and there was no hot tub!!
