Was a nice place to stay after a 4 day camping trip in Cloudcroft, NM.
The shower curtain didn't retain the water. Made the floor all wet. Shower stall and floor were VERY slippery. Almost fell several times.
We arrived during a thunderstorm and had booked last minute. Staff was welcoming and kind! The building was historic and quaint yet had all modern amenities.

The room seemed to be recently renovated and perfectly clean.
The AC unit was a slightly noisy.
I was booking for a friend and her three kids. Manager said I would have to stay with them in the room. It was like soon as he looked at as she did not trust us. Will not recommend this place or stay here at all.

No swimming pool
The room smell bad and there were many bugs on the carpet. Cigarette smell as well. The room location was not appropriate for the dog. Too much noise.
