Good
Location decent
Had kind of musty old smell but was ok
Was overall good stay
Clean nice and friendly people
The staff was really attentive, the room was super clean,
The safe was very friendly and helpful, the only thing that made our stay average was the run down look of the motel. Our door lock was broken and would only open if you pulled up on the handle instead of down. Some of our outlets weren’t working. Lights would flicker in our room. It was very dusty in the windows, I opened the curtains and a dead bug fell on my pillow.
Didn't take the breakfast - too plain
The staff was not very helpful when we needed to go to Longmont downtown
Not too bad.
Its a very nice place with easy parking.
The hotel was cozy, quiet, and well-kept. I felt relaxed and welcomed throughout my stay
There was nothing I disliked everything met my expectations
Where do I even begin? Booked a handicap accessible room for 4 days/3 nights with this Super 8 through Trivago. Went to check-in and they said the room wasn't ready and waited another 30 minutes (annoying, but let it go). Walk into the room and immediately start noticing how filthy and dirty everything was. Walls with unknown substances/liquids on them, torn bedding, dirty appliances and surfaces, light bulbs burnt out, window screens torn with filthy window frames, shower curtain rod barely in the wall and very loose, bathroom sink fixture very loose and moved wildly and last but not least the tub faucet had a constant leak. Mind you, this was a HANDICAP room. We were blown away at the potential safety hazards.
I voice my concerns and options of a refund and am automatically hit with a rude employee/manager named Maria acting like she could care less. She also answered a phone call right in the middle of our conversation without saying anything. There was also a police officer that had arrived in the short 45 minutes we were there to take care of an unknown issue. Needless to say, we weren't staying. She voiced that she could do NOTHING, since I booked through a third party (Trivago, who I currently have an open ticket with for a refund). Overall, horrible experience and impacted our vacation plans for that night.
I hardly ever complain, but please heed the warning "you get what you pay for".
Ok place to sleep at while traveling along the interstate
