It was a great place to end our vacation !
Pros:

Great location - great staff very friendly and helpful. Gave a great pizza recommendation that delivers to Red Lion.

Really great night staff!
Pros:

Night staff was super friendly and helpful. Always had a smile and was very pleasant. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. Only had waffles, cereal, toast, and yogurt. No elevator.

Thin walls and thinnest ever TP

Cons:

Adverserial and exploitive policies toward customers create an unpleasant visitor experience. From intrusive data and facial recognition harvesting at check-in to the thinest toilet paper and walls ever. Breakfast area an uncomfortable and unwelcoming part of the lobby. Meal a carb overload, just waffles or toast or cold cereal. Crappiest breakfast ever. Finally then at checkout they claim an unexpected "supplemental fee". What a terrible place. Would never book at any Sonesta property again.

Pros:

We really enjoyed the gentlemen that checked us in. He was friendly, funny and engaging.

Cons:

I felt like it was very unclean. It had a funky smell and black hairs ask over the top blanket in my room. Makes you question whether or not the sheets underneath are clean. There was also black hair on the tub. Not generally one to complain or even answer these surveys.

Pros:

It was quiet with location away from highway and our room had refrigerator in separate room from bed so no refrigerator noise.

Cons:

The kitchenette had zero supplies; no plates, cups, glasses or silverware. Perhaps previous visitors took them? We fortunately had our own.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and professional

Cons:

My bath tub had hair in the bottom, two rooms down from me every night and every morning early 2 kids were running and screaming they either kepted me up late or woke me up extremely early. Both mornings there was hardly anything for breakfast. I will not be staying there again
