Rundown and Letdown by our stay

Location - nice staff

Cons:

Got a room with a hot tub intentionally and it didn’t work - the pool heater was out. Room was very run down. Breakfast was not up to other hotel standards. Not the getaway i hoped for

The heated pool WAS NOT heated. Bed hard as a rock. No comforter on the bed. TV was hung crooked. It was just awful. We will not stay there again.

Pros:

Friendly staff, good access to groceries, good selection of drinks in vending.

Cons:

Beds were not good (too soft and slumpy). Room had odd odor akin to heavy use of mixed air fresheners/neutralizers. Bathroom was real tight/small (almost had to step into bath tub to enter and close door). Breakfast is just carbs (waffles, bagels, muffins). Needs some kind of protein thats not just sad yogurt.
