Awful
Cons:

We booked a king size room . Once we got there they said they didn’t have any more for a queen with no discount. Our toilet set was cracked. I total them and nothing. Breakfast was gross. Counters were dirty and the waffle batter was days old. Will not stay again .

Good room for a good price
Pros:

Clean room, nice amenities, pool and hit tub was nice. Breakfast in the morning was a plus. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Noisy kids running the halls at night.

It definitely wasnt what we were expecting!
Cons:

The floor flooded when we would shower. Getting all our things wet and us having to take wet. Clothes home after. There was a bad smell in the pool and also in the room. It was also very difficult to sleep when we had people next to us that were up the majority of the night. Traveling all the way from idaho and not being able to fully enjoy our stay has made it to were we won't be coming back.

Love the Roku TV, and Mr G should be the example used to train hospitality staff. What an awesome customer focused man.

For a Red Lion this place needs to seriously up their game to compete with other options in the area
Pros:

Clean. Comfortable beds. excellent staff. good shower. Not too noisy. That's about it....

Cons:

Very surprised it was a Red Lion. Normally very comfortable chain. No maid service for three night stay or advice that it wasn't available. Needed additional towels. No closet. Very minimal table/bench space. One tiny mirror. Had to restart TV and remote needed new batteries. Wireless not dependable - on and off. Breakfast right in lobby with one small table. Food limited options. No sugar available for coffee. Advised we should use the syrup. Ice machine had no ice in the AM.
