Adequate
Pros:

Accommodations were dequate. No frills but it was clean. Passing through on a trip so it was enough for us. Waffles were great in the morning.

Not great but it was cheap
Pros:

Did not feel super clean, but it was a cheap place to stay for one night. The bed was fine and did not feel dirty, but the rest of the place did. Pull out couch was broken down and the cushions weren’t even back on it. Also hardly anything for breakfast. Only hot was waffle maker.

Pros:

It was a value. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issues were the people above us were up late and loud. Front desk staff at check in was rude.

It served its purpose
Pros:

There is no elevator and the tub was terribly slippery. It needs updated, especially the frayed carpet both in and out of the room, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice quiet room. Small but tasty breakfast. We need an accessible room and this one was very accessible (not all rooms are) and even had a shower bench. Great deal for the money

DO NOT LIKE THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT STUFF
Pros:

The front desk check in was very nice. The breakfast is ok. I do not like the virtual assistant. If u can pay someone to sit behind a screen some where then pay an actual person to do the job. The guy the virtual assistant called concerning the breakfast was not very polite. He came down like he had been hiding some where and was on his phone. Barely took care of the small issue and disappeared. Go back to human interaction. I will not stay again. How do u handle a serious issue. When i ran hotels it was a very serious issue to not have someone at the front desk over night. I will choose another hotel brand in order to have the REAL customer service. I will choose another brand. To me, virtual assistant is a lazy way to handle customers.

The check-in process was fast and easy. Emily at the desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel and what else was around as far as eateries.

The room was acceptably clean just a musty smell that was resolved by running the A/c

The bed was very comfortable.

the room was nice dark and quiet after a long days drive from Utah.

Breakfast was just ok. The the lady on the other end of the screen at the counter was sweet.
