Good, clean &tourist stay, but not tons of charm.
Pros:

Nice big rooms, nice staff, pool and gym areas are spacious.

Cons:

It is nicely located in a central but very touristy area. Some but not all rooms have been renovated. Feels a bit dated.

Great hotel, excellent staff, shame about the pool
Pros:

The staff were excellent, especially those in the executive lounge who were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

Cons:

The outdoor pool is not working and has not been for some time. There is no terrace food during the day. The pool and the outdoor terrace was the reason we booked this hotel as I like to swim every day - the indoor pool is not big enough to swim properly. If I had know it was not available I would have cancelled. It is still being advertised as having an outdoor pool. To be fair the manager helped out and said I could swim in another Hilton but I would have to give him exact times 24 hours in advance. Not really feasible on holiday. This was however our only disappointment.

Large. sleek, modern hotel with great views
Pros:

We spent our last night at this hotel in our trip to Mexico and are so happy we did after returning from San Miguel de Allende

I happen to be a Gold member with Hilton and we were upgraded to the Executive Floor Lounge which was perfect with its views of Mexico City. The lounge itself was so wonderful that we ate and drank there and never left the hotel for our last night.

The hotel lobby is quite stunning and inviting. Our room was quiet and very clean. We hated to leave on our return flights to the USA.... A very well-run Hilton property

Old school hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location is unbeatable. Comfortable carpet in my room. Very friendly staff

Cons:

They cool down the whole building to the point where I had to get my jacket for breakfast - in winter …
My room looks already a bit worn out. Food at the restaurant was ok bit not great.

Perfect location, great staff, great hotel!
Pros:

I'm so glad we chose this hotel! Our room was very comfortable (we did have an upgraded room on the 26th floor), and the location was excellent. There were great food stands close by, and the park right across the street. We also wanted to give our thanks for the amazing hotel staff who handled everything so well when we had an earthquake and had to evacuate. They made sure everyone was out safely and kept us informed. We would definitely come back - but perhaps stay on a lower floor....
