Pros:

The fridge in the room worked and there was coffee..

Cons:

The floor was dirty, the bathroom door didnt close. The room had a smoke-like oder clung to it. The front desk person wasnt even at all enthusiastic.

Room was not very clean and in need of repairs. Ripped lamp shade and shower curtain. Cigarette burns in bedspread.

It had all of what we needed and great location at a great price, though not highly rated.
Pros:

Our beds were clean and very comfortable. The room was quiet and no smoke smell. The bathroom was clean. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great.

Cons:

The bureaus were broken. No room service. Entryway always smelled like marijuana. Felt sad for homeless population that were living there though most were very kind and polite.

Disappointed with this hotel.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Hotel was not clean. Dirty and smelled.
Sometimes I would leave the room and smell pot.
Too many people loitering around the hotel at night as well.
Room had no coffee, no maid service, carpet was dirty and bathtub was terrible looking.
If I wasn’t charged up front I wouldn’t have stayed there.

Front desk associate was rude. There were empty nip bottles in the room and dry blood in the bathroom. One bed was worn down so bad it was like sitting on the floor.

Great staff but run down hotel
Pros:

Love the location and the staff were kind caring and professional. Especially the young lady who checked us in . She was amazing and has a great soul.

Bed was comfy and enjoyed the shower

Cons:

The place could use some tlc . It’s getting run down and could do with a strong maintenance/ cleaning team .

We were very disappointed in the breakfast … there was nothing there ??? And the place reacked of cigarettes dispite the no smoking policy … need to enforce that better and not promise a breakfast if there is nothing there .

Light bulb in the bathroom needs changing out or ballaster needs replacing too.

Don’t let this amazing hotel and location get ruined
