The only saving grace was the woman working the front desk who offered me a different room when I went downstairs to talk to her about the state of the room I was given and was going to check out 5 hours after I got there.
The original room I had been given was disgusting. When I first arrived I hadn't noticed because I was late for an event and dropped my stuff off and ran out. If I had taken note of the room before I left for my event I would have checked out immediately and drove the 2 hours home after the event. The comforter on one bed was burned by a cigarette. Both beds had absolutely no support. When I put my hand on the mattresses, my hand sunk straight down. There were stickers all over the fridge as if someone had been living there for an extended period of time. The dresser was missing a drawer. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. The shower must of had a hole in its wall because someone decided to use a thick coating of stucco to patch it. The lobby smelled like smoke and was dingy. There were people smoking right outside the front entrance, which made it uncomfortable to walk to the front door. The subsequent room I was given was mildly better but since it was on the first floor near the entrance I could here people outside the window talking and smoke was seeping in through the window during the night. There was also a huge hole in the wall where someone had slammed the room door into it. This place seems like it is also a place for short-term residences, which is not an issue for me, but the simple lack of cleanliness is. I do not understand how this place is still operational or why Wyndham hasn't stepped in and made the necessary upgrades.

My kids found a pill bottle in the room with pills in it from the prior guest I'm assuming but the point is clearly the room wasn't clean also the cable did not work on the TV so I had to bring my own device in order for my kids and me to watch TV
They had no real breakfast It was just cinnamon rolls and those fig fruit bars
Breakfast - It's usually not ready at the time advertised. It's from 6 am to 9 am. However, in the first 30 mins or so, all the coffee and treats are gone, and they do not replenish any of it.
I usually have to drive elsewhereto have to buy coffee for again they do NOT replenish any of it. False advertisement..
There are no microwaves in the rooms, that is such an inconvenience.

Comfortability of the bed good hospitality
I booked a room got confirmation and paid in full but was unable to stay because I didn't wanna any of duplicate of funds
