Worst stay ever !

Worst experience ever ! I was locked out my room with all my belongings in it and was denied access. I had a early check in, when I returned new staff told me that I wasn’t in the correct room that I hadn’t paid for my room etc, denying me access and denied me to get my personal belongings. The staff would not let me or my friend use the restroom instead she demanded we leave and we did not pay. I urinated in the lobby after being ther 45’mins and could go to my room. The room was booked for and paid in advance . Police got involved it was complete shyt shoe. I watched the same staff deny to other ppl one already checked her room was dirty they had re clean (there fault) it was horrible experince I’ll never stay or recommend this place

The front desk attendant was very pleasant.

Cons:

Place looked like crackheads lived there. Puke stains on the floor, rusty appliances, overall disgusting

Cons:

Did not stay here. When I arrived to get my room, they told me there were no rooms left. Even though I paid for 3 nights on my credit card. I would like to get the money (230.05) taken off my Chase credit card.

Location was great close to everything.

Cons:

When I got there the bathroom in my room had poop smeared in the toilet and it took them over and clean it after I called the front desk. Hot water is a problem there also, with low water pressure.

The price.

Cons:

It was filthy. There was garbage in the waste bins and on the bathroom floor. The toilet had a ring around the bowl and the wash clothes looked like they had been used to wash a car. The refrigerator was rusty and not been wiped out. The entire facility needed to be cleaned.

Pros:

Quite and calm hotel. Except for one rude employee all of the other staff were very helpful and kind..a blessing.

Cons:

The front staff was very rude and unprofessional. She was snappy and treated me like I was an inconvenience. Also started to talk a out me im front of me to another guest that was checking in. As I had stayed for 5 days I would have expected better treatment. Sadly disappointed.
