The heater worked and I liked the hand towel
The carpet was unraveling/ comiľhere the kitchen floor and carpet met.
The refrigerator was sticky and the bottom half didn't even work

Nothing. The lady at the front seat was nice
Room where dirty pillows had stains smelled when you walk in the door. One of the room door kept getting stacked. Tv didn’t work.
It was close and relatively affordable
The sink would slowly turn on in the middle of the night and make a moaning sound ended up just shutting off hot water. Per our prior experiences ESA properties it was rather unappealing I think it is really designed for people who are working away from home not vacationing not likely to book again
The location and the surrounding stores. The male working the morning shift was very pleasant and polite.
The staff were rude, unhelpful, double charged me for my room, threatened to deny me my room I paid for prior to my stay because when they attempted to double charge me my card declined, staff was talking rudely about other people staying in the building, there was no granola bars or anything set out for breakfast only coffee.
