Palazzo Nainer

I have been to Rome many times and the location of this hotel was idea. The street was accessible by taxi, which is not the case for all the streets in that area. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was a dream! The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Pricilla and another Filipino gentleman (so sorry I forgot his name) couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. The towels and amenities were good quality. Excellent location for shopping and tourism, close to Spanish Steps, Via del Corso, Piazza del Popolo and about 15 minutes walk to Fontana di Trevi and Piazza Navona, and 10 more to the Coliseum. Taxi station right on the corner and lots of good restaurants in the area. Perhaps a bit pricey but well worth the location and the convenience. I definitely recommend the property!

We stumbled onto Palazzo Nainer almost by accident, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best travel decisions we made on this trip. The location is unbeatable and everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance or short ride.

What really stood out was the character of our room. It had a warmth and personality you just don't get from a big chain. The kind of place that actually feels like it belongs to the city rather than a copy-pasted hotel room you could find anywhere.

The staff deserve a special mention too. Genuinely helpful, quick to answer questions, and happy to point us toward local spots that weren't in any guidebook. That kind of service is hard to come by.

Funny enough, we could see Hotel de Russie right across the street the whole stay. Having stayed there in the past, I can honestly say doesn’t offer anywhere near the value we got at Nanier nor having to deal with clientele they cater too. If you're trying to make your travel budget go further without sacrificing comfort or charm, this is exactly the kind of place worth seeking out. Highly recommend.

The staff were amazing. From the moment we arrived , they were all so welcoming, happy and helpful.

Great stay. Clean and great bedding. Didn’t care too much for the breakfast so opted to eat out.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Nainer. The service was exceptional, and everyone made us feel so welcome.

A special thank you to the breakfast staff—Priscilla, Hajji, and Albert—for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly attentive, especially with our 8-year-old twins. One morning, we arrived near the end of breakfast and the eggs were gone. Knowing how much our son loved them, they kindly prepared a fresh serving just for him! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable.
