A restful, comfortable stay which helped make the weekend in a very friendly Rome very memorable.
Pros:

The location was superb and very close to the restaurants, shops and Piazza del Popollo, which is a beautiful area. Also an easy walk to the Spanish Steps and all amenities. The staff were superb and extremely helpful and friendly. I would like to call out the breakfast staff, Hajji, Priscilla and Albert, who were delightful and could not do enough for us. Always a friendly smile and a laugh first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day. The reception staff were also very helpful and helped everything run smoothly. We were very well looked after.

Cons:

There was nothing negative about our stay. We will definitely be back again.

Pros:

I would say the rooms are fantastic spacious comfortable and elegant, the location is amazing, breakfast was great, but actually the people here are super friendly super helpful and for me that matters even more than anything else. So thank you all for making our stay so memorable

Not Good
Pros:

The shower leaked on the bathroom floor, and there are cracks and chips in the floor of the bedroom. The concierges sent us to bad restaurants and didn't know their way around Rome. They charged us double for our room when our flight was canceled and we had to stay extra nights.
