Overall very bad experience and will not stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

Cons:

When we checked in, we were given the room on the top floor. On the first night, there was a thunderstorm in the middle of night and the ceiling of the room started leaking water. I waked up because of the sound of dripping water and put a bucket underneath the leaking water, luckily it didn't damage our stuff in the bags. I told the front desk next morning about this issue but she said they don't have a room available for our family requirements. She sent the maintenance guys to our room and he said they should not assign this room to anyone because of this issue. He also said he can't do anything to fix the ceiling because the problem is on the roof top and those guys will not come this week. He talked to the front desk about this issue and finally they gave us two rooms on the 3rd floor because of our family requirements. We lost almost half day because of this issue and getting the new rooms and transferring our stuff from our original room to the new room on a different floor.

Ok but not my preferred choice.
Pros:

Service every time I needed something but it was not often.

Cons:

The hotel was ok. I don't like old carpeted rooms as overtime it collects dust and make ones stay uncomfortable. The shower head is awful and could use an upgrade. Everything else seemed to work ok.
The breakfast was ok but there are too many sweet options and not enough healthy options. Plus the huge waste of plastic spoons paper plates etc makes it cheap.

Very Nice Hotel, But Noisy
Pros:

I really wanted to give this hotel a 5 star rating because we liked the hotel and front desk staff, especially Jean and Jessy. However, I deducted a star for the highway and railroad noise. The railroad noise was especially loud at around 10 pm and again at 2:33 am. Otherwise, the location was good. Shopping and restaurants were close by at the Shops at West End.

The room was spacious with a separate living area with a sofa, desk, bar sink, microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, but the bed was just too high. There was a little neglected maintenance like a cracked toilet seat, but nothing major. The complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel also offered free parking and Wi-Fi.
