Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

In room climate control was overly noisy. Shower never got quite as hot as I would have liked

Was a waste of money and time was treated horrible
Pros:

They gave us a room that was already slept in had trash in it. There’s towels in the bathroom floor was very annoyed about that and then they offered to make the bed instead of giving us some new room which then I said no I don’t want them to make the bed they asked me to go downstairs. Get me a new room with a broken shower.

The Spring on the Hill - Mpls Metro
Pros:

Stayed two nights in early April 2026. Pricing is fair (booked through another website). Location is fairly easy to find. Ample parking. Front desk was exceptionally friendly. Went to room, smelled like the cleaner used when someone had been sick. Light by bed was a spastic flicker. Dan in bathroom reminded us an overhead jet. Asked for another room and was promptly given one. Two large beds, nice desk area, nice bathroom, but only one of the TV’s worked. Overall not bad but nothing to write home about.

I feel like the staff meaning the front desk workers could’ve been a little more kind, and less groggy.
Pros:

Staff seemed irritated to be there. The lobby smelled like a soup kitchen.

Overall very bad experience and will not stay in this hotel again.

Cons:

When we checked in, we were given the room on the top floor. On the first night, there was a thunderstorm in the middle of night and the ceiling of the room started leaking water. I waked up because of the sound of dripping water and put a bucket underneath the leaking water, luckily it didn't damage our stuff in the bags. I told the front desk next morning about this issue but she said they don't have a room available for our family requirements. She sent the maintenance guys to our room and he said they should not assign this room to anyone because of this issue. He also said he can't do anything to fix the ceiling because the problem is on the roof top and those guys will not come this week. He talked to the front desk about this issue and finally they gave us two rooms on the 3rd floor because of our family requirements. We lost almost half day because of this issue and getting the new rooms and transferring our stuff from our original room to the new room on a different floor.
