Best stay anywhere in the area
Pros:

The staff was incredible! The nicest place to stay in the area! Bistro was awesome and staff went out of their way to make the stay absolutely wonderful!

Noise Not Worth The Stay
Pros:

If you have early morning plans or depend on being well rested go anywhere but here. It’s clean and comfortable enough but the music and bass across the parking lot was so intense I thought people were actually partying inside the hotel. We had to be up at 5:30am for a hockey tournament. Between the bass that didn’t stop until after 11 and a toilet that ran very loudly every 15 minutes all night long it was impossible to sleep. We were given some ear plugs and a “sorry but that’s all we can do”. I get that the noise is out of their hands but booking rooms with balconies adjacent to that level of noise should come with a disclaimer so you’re not screwed out of a non refundable $200. They’re obviously aware of the ongoing issue.

Bistro Bar
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff specially Ms Paula and Alma at the Bistro Bar were incredibly welcoming and attentive, friendly and easy. I also appreciated the convenient location and overall peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
