Pros:

The filtered water
the soft grass in the middle of courtyard

You can walk to everything you need

Cons:

The worst part was getting a room with a kitchen and there's nothing to cook with, not even a pan or silverware! So what's the point?! No help with bags at the end of stay. Some staff good, like the newish guy. but some of the latina front deskers, you just feel like a number.
The infamous coffee station: What ever happened to real cream- all there is is fake creamer filled with palm oil aka dead orangutan oil :(
The area is not too bad, but it's definitely not inspiring.

Decent for the price - you get what you pay for.
Pros:

TV worked. Location of city was easy to access. Pool area looked clean. They off ice and pop machines. Has a locking gate to access rooms.

Cons:

The AC turned off every few minutes, which kept me up all night when it got too hot. The matress was too hard, so more issues sleeping. There were ants in the bathroom. Towel holder came off of wall when using a towel for the shower. Phone didn't work, so couldn't call front desk. Didn't receive email or final bill to let me know that I've been checked out.

Overall, i would stay here again if am in the area. No major complaints!
Pros:

The room itself was very clean, and i didn't see one bug (which is always a plus!). It was very spacious and i appreciated the extra space in the kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was always hot. The location was easy to find, felt safe, and i loved the added security of having a gate and gate code to get in.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy a few of the nights i was there after 10pm, which i assumed was quite hours, there was a couple of screaming kids running by my room as i was trying to go to bed. I turned up the A/C to mask the noise. I also was under the impression that coffee/tea was served every morning between 6-10, and i went down around 7am and there was no coffee/tea, no biggie, i just had to get coffee elsewhere but it would have been nice to save a trip.

When booking the pictures don't look ANYTHING like the property...also when booking it doesn't state folks live there......outside of property ex..stairs doors were old and needs to be redone...we actually decided to stay another night but moved to a different hotel...tv didn't work...room wasn't ready
