The overall size of rooms
TVs need to be upgraded. They only had cable tv. Would be better if had a tv to watch apps like Netflix and Disney +
We didn't eat breakfast there, but it looked amazing. I liked how welcoming and helpful the staff was. Moreover, the facilities in the hotel were good as well!
Both ladies at the front desk are very professional and polite. The hotel is clean, and the location is perfect. It is very good value.

The location was convenient to go around to anywhere that we want to visit. The hot breakfast was great, my kids enjoyed the pancake and overnight oatmeal.
The noise coming from the car vacuuming business right outside the hotel. The hotel has been renovated, however the bathroom in the suite wasn’t not part of the renovation, there could be some updates to it.
I liked that the facilities were clean . The staff checked us in right away and gave us a run down of the hotel . Everything was super comfy for myself and family. The kitchenette was super helpful as I have a baby so washing and preparing bottles was easy. I also like that it was close to lots of restaurants
The only thing I didn’t like was that it was located right in back of a car washing business .

Breakfast was good but they ran out of food within the 1st hour of breakfast.

Not a bad location, staff was friendly.
Room bathroom floor and shower were work down and dirty built up scum. Not pleasing to walk on at all. Water shower also kept splashing onto the floor of the bathroom had to use multiple towels.
Beds comfortable BBQ area. Breakfast good. Had 2 queens and a king suite. Liked king bedroom had its own bathroom. That the 2 queen beds had own bathroom
That hotel did not have confirmation from booking that all 3 reservations had all been pre paid in full 45 days before our stay. It took 21/2 hrs at the front desk and still had trouble after finally finding the email that the Hotel itself sent to me to confirm reservation were paid in full then they kept charging the card 3 times. I had to call the credit card company to reverse all the extra charges the hotel staff was charging and didn't know how to reverse it. Booking did not sent confirmation to the hotel and the hotel said that they no longer go thru booking. I was there for my husband funeral. The hotel said that they don't use booking anymore and that is why all the BS. But booking should have sent confirmation to hotel. It was totally BS

The clerk was very helpful, resourceful, and kind. Set a welcoming tone.
The parking is a challenge. More lights in the parking area. It seemed local construction people used the morning breakfast.
The breakfast was mediocre. And, we noticed the back kitchen was filthy when the door opened back there. So, the second day we decided to have breakfast outside of the hotel.
The room was clean and the hallways were clean. The hotel was fairly quiet at night and the location was pretty good. Parking was adequate.
The lighting in the room was very dark at night and inadequate. We're used to bright white lights in our home. The breakfast wasn't really very good. And, the back kitchen was very dirty. And, there weren't enough bath towels when we arrived, but the staff brought them up right away after we called for more. There was only one elevator working, so it was a little inconvenient when we had to use it. We ended up taking the stairs a few times.
