The location is EVERYTHING! I rarely impress my husband, but when I found this a few years ago, right across the street from progressive, he was impressed. Parking is phenomenal if you are going to the Guardians game. The employees are amazing, accommodating and friendly! Facilities were very clean!
The only issue is that it is dated. Carpet, bathroom, etc. One employee commented that they will be renovated soon. Once that happens, they are hands down 10/10. Really hope it includes a few suites with 2 queen beds and sofa, that makes a big difference for families
The location
The room was dirty, we had no shampoo or body wash in the room, the chair was very dusty, and we had to pay for parking separately. This place literally offers the bare minimum of a Hilton. You have to pay extra for parking and breakfast.

Beds weren't comfortable, parking gate didn't work most days after being charged $20/day for parking, staff didn't give satisfactory answers to complaints,
The room didn't have a smell, comfy beds, and was well kept. The staff for breakfast were really friendly.
At check in, I wasn't told anything about parking or when check out was(even though it is posted) but the morning staff were really nice.
We had two rooms: one wet carpet and smell, the other smelled stuffy/smoke like and no shampoo or soap in the shower dispensers. We checked in at 11pm didn't have the energy or time to complain. And very overpriced: $$600+ a room. Perhaps because of baseball game across the street.
We are generally fans of Hilton, and have been pleased with other Garden Inns.
Cleanliness, location, friendly and helpful staff, great value
The location was good for being close to Progressive Field however that's all it was close to. Most attractions were around a 30 minute walk, which is fine if you don't have kids with you! The staff were nice. My husband enjoyed the bar.
In my particular room the shampoo bottle was empty. The room was stocked as a King with two bath towels and three washcloths, but it was a 2 Queen room so should've had minimum 4 towels and washcloths. The pool didn't have towels available. If housekeeping service is every other day, there should be more coffee/tea provided. There were stray hairs in the bathroom not from us (as a former housekeeper that was not acceptable).
The location and parking were awesome. The staff was pleasant and easy to approach.
The room could have been a bit cleaner and updating is necessary. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wasn't happy with all the add on costs. Parking, breakfast, etc. The upright chair in room was dirty , needs cleaning. Windows were fogged up and could barely see out of them.
