Hotel is nice, people who work there no! You don’t call people at 7 am to remind them about check out!

Cons:

They wake us up one time at 7 am to remind about check out (mind you check out is at 11 and it was Saturday so we wanted to get good sleep before we head out for our trip) and then another lady came at 9 I still don’t understand why I think to remind us about check out again. Terrible, we came super late from the party and were trying to get a good sleep before trip. So disappointed, never had a worse experience where they just wake you up for no reason!

Great location for downtown events!
Pros:

Me and two friends stayed here for a comedy show downtown. We initially planned to walk (would have only been 15 minutes) but drove because it was a little cold. Super centrally located, very convenient if planning to eat/hang out around the downtown area! Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, no complaints!

Pros:

Everything was really good 2 restaurants on site close to everything in Cleveland progressive field and the wolstein center for shows close to food and literally next door to a gas station this place was awesome

Cons:

Odd laws in Ohio but that's nobody fault

Hotel great place and location
Pros:

Beautiful area, very clean and professional hotel and staff. Close to so many things. Great stay. First time in Cleveland and this hotel made the stay wonderful.

Cons:

The rooms and hotel were very dated. The maintenance was not good on the room - gaping holes around the light switches. The rooms were not very clean. Bedding had stains.
