Decent Downtown Cleveland Hilton, with Excellent service and front desk.
Pros:

Front desk was very nice and made every effort to ensure we had a great stay.

Cons:

Window shades and curtains weren’t in the best shape. Parking gate was not functioning properly. Crackers and chips on floor, room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.

Perfect for going to ballgame!

Didn’t take shower because the shower curtain smelled really moldy!
When we entered room, tv was on, called to make sure someone not in unit. One bed made perfectly, other bed was all messed up! I think staff member was using room to take nap.

Perfect stay in Cleveland
Pros:

Thank to Jason at the front desk who save the day by letting us check in earlier.
The swimming pool with jaccuzzi is great to relax.
Its perfect location if you have an event at the rocket arena.
Room is big with coffee/tea machine and microwave. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing. We staid there last year and I decided to book the same hotel. because I was happy with my stay last time. I will def chose this hotel next time Im in Cleveland

Great location, walking distance to a concert or game
Pros:

Clean room, good water pressure, actually pretty quit even though we were right next to the elevators. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Iron was cracked and all the water leaked out, took it to front desk and immediately got us a new one.

Pros:

Location to Cleveland clinic.

Cons:

The desk in the room had a broke leg which was clearly broken prior to our stay. My computer ended up in the floor due to the deck falling to the floor.
