Expensive night in downtown Cleveland we wont be back.
Pros:

Close to event location. Pool area was nice for the kids.

Cons:

Employee that checked me in was nice and accommodated breakfast voucher. We paid for breakfast but didnt show on his end. Although breakfast ended up being served 7-10am and we had to be at event at 7am. Parking was $20/night and we couldnt get out. We were late for our event. Ice protestors were in front of our hotel. Didn't make us feel very warm and welcoming. Lobby smelled like weed.

A nice relaxing getaway
Pros:

Our requests for accommodated to be close to one another in rooms and the staff was friendly and accommodating for parking as well as check-in.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice if breakfast was included like some hotels offer. The temperature of the dining room was freezing when we were eating at the buffet. The temperature definitely needs to be adjusted or the heat turned on for the cold
Season. Disappointed that the spa was closed would have liked to enjoy the hot tub.

Well maintained and very kind employees.

Cons:

Restaurant and bar in the hotel was not friendly or welcoming and was absolutely empty, only employees in there. Probably a bit to upscale for for the location.

Very clean, wish parking was better and breakfast was free
Pros:

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The elevators were fast and we hardly had to wait.

Cons:

We did not pay the extra $40 for breakfast. As much as we were paying, breakfast should have been free. Not near enough parking for guests. We were afraid to leave to do anything because we'd have nowhere to park if we left.
