Parking was a nightmare. They were selling spots to the baseball game fans across the street and it left no room for those staying at the property.

i choose this place because of the pool and hot tub and guess what they were both down nothing on the site about the pool be down or i would of found a new place 2 there is no USB plugs in your room I have stayed at hotels for a hole let less and at least they have those so u can't ever charge your phone in your room unless you don't forget to bring your charger 3 I payed $18 extra for there cook to order breakfast IT SUCKED cold microwaved.pancakes cold old bacon and something that looked like a nasty hotdogs MCDONALD'S WOULD OF BEEN BETTER 3 IS PARKING IS $21 A NIGHT IN THERE OWN PARKING LOT NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Pile of dirt and hair in the corner of the bathroom by the bathtub.
The room we stayed in faced the highway. I made that reservation a year in advance to assure we would get a nice room with a view of the Baseball stadium. It was tough to sleep because of the highway noise.
I called yesterday to request a refund for the stay.
I'm certain Ill never use Hilton or Booking. com in the future.
Great location for progressive Field. Very clean and good size. Staff was accommodating and let us check in early
No window shade! Totally unacceptable. There was only a privacy shade but nothing to block the sun or street lights. Being downtown having light blocking shades is an absolute must . Also not enough pillows for 2 people

Love the location. Love the ambiance. The rooms was spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen was closed when we went to the bar and charging for breakfast isn't great when we paid $500 for one night, Seems like for that price, you would get it included. And it's not a great breakfast anyway.
Close to the ball park, easy to get around city. Wish the room would be cleaned daily, towels,empty trash, make bed, coffee
