Hotel great place and location
Pros:

Beautiful area, very clean and professional hotel and staff. Close to so many things. Great stay. First time in Cleveland and this hotel made the stay wonderful.

The location.

Cons:

The rooms and hotel were very dated. The maintenance was not good on the room - gaping holes around the light switches. The rooms were not very clean. Bedding had stains.

Nice staff, location is ok, easy for the airport or central Cleveland, the hotel is tired though.
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating

Cons:

The hotel decor is tired and you cannot escape the smell of fried food, presumably due to the time since being cosmetically refreshed.

Paying for parking, some of the stuff didn't work like adjusting heat,alarm etc,please check for next customer, need everything to work properly but since it was just one night or I would have asked
